I had a very frustrating experience at this The UPS Store location…read more I received an email the day prior stating I had a package ready for pickup. When I arrived, the employee barely acknowledged me, asked for my ID, and had me sign for the package before even confirming it was available. After that, I was told there was "no package," and then repeatedly told I must have already picked it up--despite showing the email I received the day before. Instead of investigating further, the employee became visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and suggested that I should have checked tracking myself--as if I have access to their internal system. At no point did she take ownership of what was clearly a breakdown in their process. When I asked for a manager, I was told (rather dismissively) that one wouldn't be available until Monday. Between the dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and being made to feel like I was at fault for their system issue, this was a poor customer experience from start to finish. To make matters worse, access to this location is currently difficult due to surrounding street closures--making the trip even more frustrating. I've since changed my package pickup location and will not be returning.

I'm writing about my experiences at the UPS Store #4237 at 1235 W. Clybourn Ave., Suite A, Chicago…read more (intersection of Division and Clybourn) I needed help finding boxes that would correctly fit the contents being mailed. Two of the staff- Aakush and Kevin were extremely helpful. They found the correct boxes, then provided the cost of mailing the packages - offering a range of prices determined by the speed of the delivery. They could not have been more courteous and well-informed. I've brought packages here before and have been impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of this team. They are focused on fulfilling the needs of their customers. As I was leaving the store, I wished them good luck in having a great "end-of-the-year rush" as packages will be mailed for the holidays. I promised to tell my neighbors and friends about my experience there, and encourage them to visit Store #4237 in the Old Town Square Shopping Center. Lots of free parking , and a great place to mail packages. DeniseT

A truly fantastic place. My family attended BH for backup care but we eventually switched to full…read moretime because the curriculum and the care are superb. The teachers are happy, kind, well-trained and it makes thing easier on parents and the kids. There is also so much additional support and training for parents, especially on social emotional learning. Specifically, at Clybourn: Ms. Adriana and Ms. Nicole are so responsive, accommodating, Spanish-speaking, and friendly to work with! And, Ms. Esmeralda, our K-Prep teacher is phenomenal with our child - she has really helped him come out of his shell and sees the positive in him everyday. Having a teacher like that is priceless. Thank you BH Clybourn staff!

I can't believe I didn't review this last year when my 2-year old was enrolled. My son turned 2 in…read moreJune 2011 and we were looking at preschools for that Fall. If you have done any research, you know that preschools for 2-year olds are extremely hard to come by in the city, but with a baby on the way, I knew I needed to enroll him somewhere! We were a little nervous because he was a timid 2-year old and had always been super clingy. He would cry anytime we left him. We were floored when he ran in and started playing the first day. He barely noticed that we left! We were shocked. All of the rooms are so charming and you get a warm fuzzy feeling when you enter the school. It all starts with the administration/office staff at the front desk. They get to know all of the kids by name and give you a cheerful hello and conversation when you drop off or pick up your kid. Our son started in the green room (Ms. Chelsea & Ms. Molly) and then moved into the blue room (Ms. Agnes & Ms. Megan) after a few months. The teachers were so sweet and you could tell they loved each of the kids. All of his art projects were so cute and creative. After a few months, it was amazing to see how our sweet, shy little guy came out of his shell. He really enjoyed his experience there and in fact, I was so sad that he did not return there. The only downside is that it is a little pricey (the reason we didn't continue) and parking is tough ('m not sure how it is now with that new retail area with Buy Buy Baby is there.)
