Salmon Avocado Toast
Deborah C.

Came on a Saturday around 10am for a quick breakfast. I got an iced matcha latte and the salmon avocado toast (I asked for no cream cheese). The food was prepared quickly and tasted as you'd expect. The space is bright and welcoming, and I would definitely come back to try out more of their menu.

Strawberry matcha

The strawberry matcha was a huge miss for me, I got it with oat milk and it tasted kind of sour so I'm not sure if the milk was old or if the tanginess was coming from the strawberry. It looked really good so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately I had only a sip or two before I tossed it because it didn't taste right. I also had a breakfast sandwich which was good and pretty affordable. There is seating inside, everything came out pretty fast. I didn't see what other customers were ordering.

NEW ice strawberry matcha latte 20oz
Brooke C.

I went here primarily for the matcha and it did not disappoint! One of the best matchas in Boston. I got the iced strawberry matcha with oat milk specifically and it was both beautiful and delicious! I also tried the matcha pancakes and those were okay. I would 100% go back for the strawberry matcha though!

Matcha Latte Hot 16oz
Qin Z.

Cozy cafe with decent seating options. I wish they had a little more seating options in the counter part. Service was fast and they were nice. Matcha Latte: 4/5 they use real matcha but it's really lacking the latte component in the drink. Almost tastes like straight matcha be warned. If your lattes sweet you better add some sugar. Ham Egg Cheese Bagel: 3/5 Good bagel overall. Simple; I feel like the bagel was too toasted since it got pretty close to rock hard.

Sunrise Breakfast

This is a great place in Chinatown to grab a coffee or smoothie with a breakfast sandwich. This time my boyfriend and I went in we ordered a lox bagel and the sunrise breakfast. Both were good and I would definitely come back for a quick bite on a weekend. We also got the matcha latte which was super creamy and really good! We will definitely be coming back!

Custom sandwich and matcha latte

Small, cozy cafe with nice seating options, and a pretty expansive menu from avocado toast to create your own sandwiches. I had a custom sandwich and matcha latte, both of which were pretty good portion sizes for the cost. Was able to snag a table and do some work since the cafe has free WiFi and restroom. The cashier was courteous too. Love to support Asian businesses as well and it is nice to see a cafe like this in Chinatown!

Mocha Banana Shake , Island Mood Boost and begal Bagel Lox Sandwich
Aagdolla G.

My mocha Banana smoothie was really good with the begal lox. They both compliment each other and I enjoyed every bit of both. The texture of the smoothie was good as well as the chocolate flavor from the mocha and the banana adds some sweetness to it but not too much. The salmon on bagel with seed and cream cheese was mmm mmm good. You must try this. Top 2 places I enjoyed eating in Boston visiting from New York.

Matcha Boom

A little cute coffee nook in Chinatown that makes REAL coffee. The drink matcha and expresso called Match Boom took me by surprise and it was really good and strong. I also love their story and how this coffee shop started. You can tell the owner who makes the coffee takes his time and is serious about this craft.

Avocado Toast with a sunny side egg

APM Coffee is a cute cafe in the Chinatown area that offers decent coffee and food. The avocado toast wasn't the best but it also wasn't too bad for what is was. The service is great and the couple running the shop is really nice. Support your local business!

Today's adventure was around the corner from my place to APM coffee. Great little shop right by the "Welcome to Chinatown" building sign. The avo toast with egg on top is BOMB!!! Incredible flavor and perfect, no complaints. They brewed my coffee FRESH for me!! So sweet!! They use Intelligentsia beans, which I already love. Please give this place a try in Boston's Chinatown!

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Their cappuccino had the balance of flavor and aesthetic for a pleasant drink for my wife and I. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. Also, I am not eating flour until March but my wife said the ham and cheese croissant was incredible: generous portion of ham and cheese, baked to perfection, and not too bread(y). This is a great place to stop (in a beautiful residential area too).

Our party of 9 chose this cafe as a convenient midpoint location and had a terrible experience recently, which is why I'm updating my prior review. When about 2/3 of the group had arrived, we asked if we could be seated. The woman we asked said yes and started putting two tables together. While another woman was bringing chairs over, an angry male server who was not involved at all, suddenly began having an aggressive outburst that made very little sense to us. Even if we didn't fully understand what he was saying, the nonverbal communication was clear enough. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, so we left immediately. I don't know what their internal rules are about seating, but offending customers should not be one of them. Thankfully we were able to salvage the evening elsewhere, but service here could be a challenge, especially for larger groups. I'm fortunate that the cafes in my own neighborhood are always kind and welcoming, which makes them a joy to support. I'd hope Vittoria could do better in the future, but personally, we are unlikely to try them again.
