    Driving from north Hollywood to get the car that I wanted I would say was worth it for me…read moreespecially other dealerships that I couldn't go to that literally wanted me to sell my soul. I love my car but just know that used cars prices are higher in $$$ due to the inflation. Pay attention to the total price of what you are paying than you payments. Your literally buying a old car with new car prices & more. No lie I needed the car badly for work so this info couldn't stop me The process was so long but the people that work with me there were so great. The only thing I would warn about is to make sure you do a through inspection with the car (drive the heck out of the drive test to make sure the light engine doesn't go off) and make sure you get it done at the dealership no matter how long it takes !!! Do not leave the lot without getting everything taken care of. Trust me . I had a couple issues with my purchase and dealing with Bridgecrest was a horrible experience from my monthly payment to my warranty with the car . Don't have high hopes for them especially during these uncertain times (Covid). My only advice to be on top of your account with them and record any interaction with them as the reps share inconsistency in information. The warranty process is even worse,I gave up . Luckily now , my car doesn't have issues And I can enjoy it Hopefully this help Happy car hunting

    Don't sell cars that need repairs within 30 days of purchase or 5 months…read more I purchased a vehicle from DriveTime in April 2024. Within 30 days, the vehicle developed mechanical problems. Rather than resolving these issues at the dealership level, I was directed to use the SilverRock warranty. Despite continued repairs, the vehicle required a complete engine replacement in October 2024. Now in 2025, the vehicle is once again displaying a check engine light, and I am currently addressing possible transmission issues. This has been a long-term reliability concern that has required repeated service visits and significant time and effort. My review is shared for transparency so that other consumers can make an informed decision. I recommend that buyers carefully review vehicle history, inspection reports, and warranty coverage before proceeding with a purchase.

    EXCELLENT Never…read moreexpected it... Friendly, courteous, and very professional. I made a phone call in the morning and spoke to the general manager, Adrian. He took his time to prescreen, finding out what I wanted, not what was convenient for him. I gave him specifics, and he said his sales rep would call. Adrian Jr. called, and we finalized everything over the phone. He listened to everything I had to say. They worked their magic; after hearing my questions, he answered them all without negativity or saying "can't," which is huge when making a big purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, Adrian Jr. immediately greeted me and showed me my new truck, which was ready to go. Adrian, the general manager, came out to thank me and greet me as well. I received a positive vibe and a smile the entire time. Once we sat down, I was expecting a change before putting pen to paper. BUT NOT WITH THEM!! Everything was as we had agreed upon! They never attempted an upsell. Yuri, in finance, was absolutely awesome. She knew every detail and verified the numbers. She made sure everything matched and corrected any mismatches without hesitation. She never forced upgrades or upcharges. She informed us of options, explained the pros and cons, and our decisions were made without pressure. The experience was the best, from phone etiquette to customer service - top-notch! We were blessed to get our new truck from Mountain View, and we will recommend Adrian Jr. and Yuri to anyone looking for a vehicle. We've definitely made a customer for life; my son is already purchasing his first vehicle from Mountain View. Thank you, Adrian, Adrian Jr., and Yuri; you made us feel important.

    1 estrella - Experiencia totalmente negativa…read more NO recomiendo este dealer bajo ninguna circunstancia. Desde el inicio hubo mentiras, cambios constantes de precio y falta total de ética. Los vendedores son poco profesionales, mal informados y usan tácticas para confundir y distraer al cliente. Tengan muchísimo cuidado al firmar el contrato, ya que lo que prometen verbalmente no coincide con lo que aparece en los números finales. Lamentablemente, por la urgencia, mi esposo terminó comprando el vehículo y fue uno de los peores negocios que hemos hecho. Revisen cada cifra, cada línea y cada cargo, porque no son transparentes ni honestos. Nuestra experiencia fue engaño total y decepción absoluta.
