So, after that, I would like to leave a real review here. I started looking for a new truck for my ranch and I spoke to many people at many different dealerships. Not that they were all rude or didn't have nice trucks, but they weren't a Joe. Joe was the person I worked with here and he was just wonderful to work with. Besides just being a super nice guy, he worked really well with me and my personal financing company. He went above and beyond to help out with the paperwork and communication with my bank. I live two hours away from this dealership so, I really wanted the deal "done" before I went all that way. I chose a 2018 Ram 4x4 truck because I live in the desert. He assured me it was a great truck and of course, if I didn't love it when I arrived, we could always look at other options. But, I loved it!! He had everything ready for me to sign and had me on my way home very quickly. That was very helpful and much appreciated. Friday afternoon on the 4th of July weekend equals major traffic around here. But, since he had me ready to go, I avoided most of the traffic. Thank you for that Joe. I'll end this with, if you are in the market for a new car or truck, please stop by here or call. Ask for Joe because he is going to help you get what you need and I promise you, he is just a delightful guy to work with. Once again Joe, THANK YOU! You made this process very easy and comfortable.

BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this place like you would COVID-19!…read more I don't typically write negative reviews but I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Let's start by calling out the shady stuff they (Adam and Walid) try to get away with such as [1] the Hidden "Accessory" Fees ($400), [2] an "optional" ($2,000) service plan that I was never told about until I reviewed contract and asked about it, [3] the fact that Walid and his nephew Adam are not on the same page about what they tell you --they say one thing, shake your hand on it, even put it on paper and then come back and say another thing and give you excuses as to why they can't do what they said they would do. ( this happened several times the day of and two days after I had left the lot with the vehicle) The signed contract for the vehicle I was purchasing from JFAMM Motors had an interest rate at 5.99% and Walid had given me his word that if they couldn't get a lower interest rate, they would take a 2% loss as the original approval interest rate was 7.99%. Two days later Walid's nephew Adam calls me saying that they cannot move forward with the 5.99% interest rate on the original contract and that I should contact my credit union to a loan through them. Again- they told me one thing to get me to take the vehicle home and then did another thing. If Schools First would not have accepted me, I would have had the following options, take a 7.99% interest rate or return the vehicle. Both are terrible deals and given that I had already traded in my vehicle I would have been in a bad spot! Thank God our bank, Schools First Credit Union, was so easy to work with and got us financed at a low interest rate of 3.3%. We were able to work the deal out through Schools First. The worst part of the whole thing for me is not that I didn't get the vehicle I wanted, it's that JFAMM Motors, for the sake of their own personal interest, was willing to put a customer in a very bad position, in a very bad deal, and possibly even without a car. The worst part about this for JFAMM Motors is that they will not get a return customer and any of the 3 serious referrals I was ready to send them. For the sake of being sincere and transparent, not everyone at JFAMM Motors is this way. Sam, was a very nice man. Sam seemed honest in his work and genuine in wanting to do the right thing for people. Unfortunately, it also seemed that his hands are tied. I would not mind dealing with Sam if he was a salesman at a different dealership.

It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.

I found Bill's post on craigslist and called to inquire about the terms i'm looking for in buying my next vehicle. We came to an agreement and i drove the 2.5 hours to his beautiful and well kept establishment. His office was very clean. Even his restroom was above standard. The appearance of his cars and his lot shows detail and cleanliness. They don't have crap cars on their lot. All their vehicles are nice and well kept. My Toyota Tundra that i bought from him is a great shape. I love it! it's a beautiful machine in which we worked out a great deal that met both our terms. I can tell that Bill and his wife are very honest and hardworking business people and i was able to get a sense of family and integrity in their business. We sat there in the office just chatting openly about many things, even when it was already closing time, they entertained our conversations and didn't just kick us out. I'm not too open to making comments about business establishments, but when i do it's because i want to show my appreciation in the honesty of hardworking people who show their customers the utmost respect. Thank you again Bill. My soon to be wife and I look forward to doing business with you again. =) One thing i must recommend to ANYONE buying a USED car is to do your research. Also know that a USED car is that. it's a USED car. A dealer can only check so much, therefore, before signing that contract. DO YOU HOMEWORK. There will be scratches or little door dings but expect that with age. Get the car inspected if you feel it's necessary. OR make sure you get a warranty by your bank or financial institution. I've owned and bought over 130+ cars in my lifetime. And I've dealt with numerous good and bad people along the way. I can tell you that Bill and his family are good people to do business with.

I purchased a 5 series BMW from this junk yard of a car lot the last day of JulAlong with the car, I purchased an extended warranty. In 3 days the engine blew and I contacted Bill. Man what a crooked liar of a business man. If this guy says he's your friend and cares about you and your family, watch out because he's about to get you GOOOOOD. Be very wary of a car dealership that has a body shop and mechanic off site. (Which was also cited for operating without a license.) Highline Auto Repair in Montclair just in case you're wondering. I was told that the car would be taken to somewhere and then they ended up taking it to a BMW dealership that said the engine needed to be replaced and would be in the neighborhood of $28,000. Since the car was under the dealerships "30 day" warranty AND my extended warranty, I figured it would be no worries and I'd have a new engine. Or some suitable solution. Boy was I wrong. I was told that my problem would be "pre-existing" and that the warranty company would not cover the repairs. Bill said he'd find an engine and we would discuss moving forward. What he actually did was replace the engine without my consent with some junk yard engine that had 20,000 MORE miles on it than the car actually had!! He then had the audacity to tell me that I owed him 1/2 of the repair. Which was only $3,000. How it went from $28,000 to $6,000 you could probably figure out. At any rate, I didn't want to go that route but I wasn't given a choice. He did the repairs even after I implicitly told him not to. I guess he forgot when we signed the contract it was MY car and MY property. After I refused to pay, he had my car on his lot for about 4 months. I was making the payments and got fed up. I had a spare key so I went to pick it up. Keep in mind these guys held my plates and registration. On the same day I freed my car from this guy I had a drivetrain malfunction light come on and the car didn't idle right. It had no power and acted like it was going to die. So I took it to a mechanic who said the spark plugs were all corroded and one of the coils needed to be replaced. Also the air filter was nearly completely clogged. So after $555 I was back on the road. What Bill didn't know was at the time the engine blew I contacted an attorney. I asked Bill several times to just take the car back and let's unwind the deal. At least 5 times I asked him in about 10 days. He said my only option was to pay to fix the car. I told him there was another option, but I'd rather not go there. I gave him several chances to make it right but the greed of this guy made him act like he had me pinned. The Auto Fraud Legal Center in San Diego immediately got on it and although it did take some time because this slimeball likes to stall, Bill finally took the car back and returned my down payment, all of my monthly payments, the insurance premium paid while he held my car hostage, the $555 repair bill, my court costs and my attorneys fees. All in all like $30,000 plus he ate the cost of the used motor. So, if you're there and see a White BMW 535i cream colored interior with za little hole in the passenger seat with 62 or 63K miles, just know the car actually has like 85,000 miles. I'm sure they'll show you a Carfax and everything. But I've got the invoice from BMW with the VIN that says otherwise. Oh, and I have the settlement agreement too. Just do yourself a favor keep driving past this cesspool. Because yes, dealerships don't have a crystal ball to see how a car will be a few days after it leaves their lot. I understand that. Most dealerships use that as a defense. But they have COMPLETE control over how they handle the situation if it arises. Frankly, Bill did a fantastically poor job of handling this situation like a professional. It took a court case to get him to budge. Very sad. I hope this helps anyone reading this. Thanks for paying me my money back. Enjoy the car! Avoid this dealership....

To doubters who casted aspersions my way, complaining about "fake reviews": YES, I ended up buying a car from him which I'm still driving TODAY. In 4 years, I fixed tranny/coolant leaks; repackaged a wheel bearing; replaced the suspension; changed the duo valve, universal joint, conductor plate & door suction pump--It is certainly not without minor faults but no used car is.) I half-expected my first used car buying experience to turn sour. All went according to script until the owner Manny, like Dwayne Johnson, showed up as the guy having to save the day. Just like The Rock, who is a stalwart in the sport of wrestling full of liars and thugs. Manny, his stand-in/look-alike, is a gentleman in an industry marked by disingenuous characters. We test drove a car and afterwards sat down to discuss the terms, Manny bent over backwards to satisfy each & every of our demands and even offered a free A/C diagnosis to check for leaks in hoses (not to mention canceling his own doctor appointment in the process). Though the sale fell thru (end of the month obligations came up), I honestly couldn't ask any more from him. The name "The Rock" stands for excellence & solidarity, a fighter just like Canelo Auto Sales now stands for honesty & caring customer service.
