They used to only allow 30 bills at a time which was such a hassle and inconvenience for me especially when I had lots of bills to deposit. Finally, they have enhanced this feature. I am grateful. Thank you Wells Fargo!!! This location is very well lit. It's conveniently located in the same plaza as Young Dong Tofu, Pho N Mor, and Nobibi Ice Cream. The customer was yelling, cussing, calling the employee names, and becoming increasingly aggressive while she remained calm and professional throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was the lack of protection and support for your employees during the incident. There appeared to be no physical barrier or safety measure between the customer and the employee, and although a security guard was present outside, he did not intervene, attempt to de-escalate the situation, or ask the individual to leave. As the customer became louder and more hostile, it was upsetting to see the employee left to handle the situation alone. I understand businesses want to create a welcoming and personable environment for customers, but employee safety should also be a priority. Situations like this can quickly escalate, and employees should feel protected and supported when dealing with abusive or threatening behavior. It was honestly very difficult to witness such disrespect toward this young woman and your staff. I hope additional measures can be considered to better protect employees and ensure they feel safe while at work.

I came here few days ago again, to ask questions about my account since I was being denied online for something. I had just gotten off work and wanted to swing by in person to ask about something really quick and get some details. I got here, and At first I was greeted right away and got helped pretty quick. The teller that helped me, I tried to break the ice and say I liked her name, her reaction wasn't what I expected. Trash I guess but whatever. We sat down and I waited a bit for her to say "what can I do for you?" Instead she just typing away on her computer n it was awkward silence after the compliment on her name.
