I called to ask a question regarding Western Union and was immediately put on hold. So I drove to the location. I was on hold for 25 minutes, which is exactly the amount of time it took for me to drive there. And what do I see taped to the inside of their front door? "Out to lunch until 3:30pm". When I first came here it was a great experience but when it came time to pay back the money over the phone was no help at all rude and unprofessional, then I spoke with a manager a few times very nice but I went in on my lunch break it was just horrible rudest customer service read more

This place is awesome! More specifically the Banker Nicole was so professional and polite from the moment I walked in! I had just came from the Ontario on fourth street location where they were unable to help me fund an online payday loan because they didn't have money. Not only that but they were rude and I waited in line while another lady was just on the phone unbothered talking and then intervened after I waited 10 minutes to be helped by her coworker to confirm with her coworker that the app should have stated they wouldn't have money.
