As you may know Chase took over Washington Mutual a while ago. I had great service at this location when it was a Washington Mutual and I am receiving even better service now that it has become Chase. The iPhone quick deposit feature is extremely efficient and convenient. My checks are deposited and confirmed within 30 minutes of uploading from my iPhone as long as I do it before 6:00 p.m. PST.

What I really wanna say is trust the rating on Yelp, I'm sitting on waiting area for 30mins and no one come to talk to me. Great rest place

Got an email saying that my order for euros came in by FedEx to the Claremont Bank of America…read moreoffice this morning. During my lunch break, Yessenia helped me at the counter, not only giving me the euros I ordered, but also letting me know about the blue travel credit card offered by Bank of America.. She emailed me the details, which I will consider after reading up on it some more. I appreciate Yessenia's professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. After that, I took a picture of the large spacious area in this branch of Bank of America. It is a great upgrade compared to when I came years ago. It's inviting, with are comfortable chairs and couches to sit on as you wait for your appointment, and there are at least 5 separate offices with frosted over windows for people who want to have a private consultation with one of the bank staff to set up accounts, etc. Two beautiful art pieces on the wall caught my attention. They had descriptions of the artist on the side kind of like you would see in a gallery. It was a nice touch. There are still several blank walls that would be very much spruced up by other visual art. I think art makes corporate places like banks feel less sterile and more human. In any case, fantastic impression of this branch of BOA today. Mostly thanks to Yessenia!

I've been a long time Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) customer since 1993 and I still am... if I did the…read moremath right in my head... that's 29 years ago... just two years after graduating from high school. Amazing how time flies when we're having fun. I normally prefer to use the ATM versus walking into the bank for my banking needs unless I need to speak to someone or need to get something done that I can't get done via ATM. Nowadays, I'm finding myself walking into the bank more often than not because I'm helping my Mom with money stuff LOL. This Claremont branch is where I get my and my Moms banking needs done. If you have extra time to spare, it's nice to stroll around downtown Claremont... a very quaint place. Staff at this location is professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes you might get a bank teller who isn't the most pleasant... don't let them ruin your day just because it's just not their nature to be friendly... they can't help it. Whenever I walk into this branch, there is always a wonderful coffee aroma. I don't drink coffee, but I enjoy a good frap. Anyway, I feel humble whenever I walk into a WFB because of their history since the 1800's and they are still going strong. Give them a try and open an account at any of their branches today! So upset with this bank. My husband and I came in to close our checking accounts because we were…read moreunhappy about the $15 monthly fees. I was next in line at the teller line. I explained to the teller named Danielle, that we wanted to close my accounts. The teller stated , "I can't close your account, you would have to speak to one of the bankers. The banker named, Jackie, just finished with a customer and deliberately not wanted to tend to my husband and I. She ignored us until my husband asked her, "when you get a minute, can you help us with our accounts? She said, "sure", but made us wait another 5 minutes. We informed her that we needed to close our accounts, however , she stated,"I have an appointment right now and I can't help you, but you can call the number on the back of your atm card, and they can cancel it for you. She also said, I don't understand why the teller told you she couldn't close your account. You can close your account with one of the tellers. So my husband got in line and closed his account with the teller. There's a second part to this bank experience. A second time, about a couple weeks later, my mom and I came into the bank. My mom wanted to deposit her checks. My mom is in a wheelchair, so I was pushing her on her wheelchair to the teller window. While my mom was signing her checks, the other teller, Danielle, who stated she couldn't close my account from the last time I was in the bank was at the window next to the teller helping my mom and starts speaking in Spanish with the teller helping my mom. I think it is so rude and disrespectful when a teller who is supposed to be assisting a customer turns her head away from the customer's attention and has a full on Spanish conversation with her fellow teller coworker while helping a customer. At the same time, the other teller, Danielle, is looking at me and my mom. This Wells Fargo Bank branch is horrible with rude staff and unwilling to assist you.
