I truly can't say enough good things about my experience with Roger Sardina . From the very beginning, he made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers. The whole loaner process could have easily been stressful, but Roger made everything feel so easy and smooth. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is rare, and it really meant a lot to me. What stood out the most was his kindness and professionalism. He didn't just do his job he made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. Thanks to him, we are now homeowners, and that is something I will always be grateful for. He played a big role in one of the most important chapters of our lives, and I truly appreciate everything he did for us. I would absolutely recommend Roger Sardina to anyone. Thank you again for going above and beyond it did not go unnoticed. read more

As I was standing at the counter to deposit money, Erica noticed my account was in the hole and we looked at it, and I was getting fraud charges of almost $500 each, and as she was holding my card and closing my account, another person charged at the same time she was able to block it get me my money back and issue me a new debit card all today knowing that I'm going on a trip in one week, I can't thank her enough for catching that I wouldn't have noticed it and who knows how much more they would've put me in the hole if she hadn't spotted that read more

I've had my auto loan here since 2023 and making regular payments has been fine, but if you plan to pay off your loan early, be cautious. Almost every time I've tried to make principal only payments, they haven't been applied correctly. Online payments were misapplied, phone payments were misapplied, and even when I was previously told to set up autopay through another bank and note "principal only," those payments weren't handled correctly either. Because of this, I've had to constantly monitor my account and call in for corrections, which becomes frustrating. If you're just making standard monthly payments, you may not have an issue, but anyone hoping to pay ahead should know what they're getting into. read more

Wow what can I say. Foothill credit union is the greatest most helpful bank in the San Gabriel valley. To be more specific the individual I dealt with was Daniel Juarez. What can i say about this young man other than he's very intelligent. Incredibly helpful and very empathetic. He described everything perfectly. Wasn't trying to sell me anything or give me false hopes. He was there to help me. In this day and age it's hard to find people like this. This man has a Great future ahead of him and I highly recommend speaking to him if you have any interest in opening an account, getting a loan, or apply to get a credit card. Thanks again Daniel! read more

My husband and I met with Erika who was a teller at Glendora Foothill CU to make some changes and additions to our accounts there and she was Amazing! We had lots of questions on how to set up transfers to and from another bank and she walked us thru every detail. She was so patient and kind. We so appreciated her friendly and patient responses! Very Disappointed with My Loan Experience at Foothill Credit Union. On August 25th, I chose Foothill Credit Union because you were one of the few local credit unions offering higher personal loan amounts for consolidation. My fiancée and I applied together online. The very same day our credit was pulled, yet not once did a loan officer reach out with even a simple courtesy message such as: "Thank you for applying, we'll be in touch if additional information is needed." Instead, we spent nearly a week in the dark. Tuesday went by, Wednesday went by, Thursday went by we made multiple calls ourselves, only to be told: "we have to wait 48 hr and Your application is still under review". Finally, late Friday afternoon nearly 5 business days later I called again and was given a vague response. The response I received was beyond disappointing. After all that waiting, the only explanation I was given was: "You don't have any other loans with the high amount you have requested".Which made no sense, there was no counteroffer, and no alternative solution. No attempt to work with us. Just a flat denial. To be clear, if Foothill had approved me, I was fully prepared to move all my banking to your credit union. Instead, you not only lost a new member, but also left me with the impression that your loan process is careless, unresponsive, and dismissive. Due to the response, I applied to SOFI and was approved for a much higher amount and I can easily provide proof of that approval. Your decision was not only poorly handled, but ultimately incorrect. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise you to consider other financial institutions. At Foothill, the chances of getting approved or even getting timely communication are slim to none. Save yourself the time and avoid a hard credit inquiry. Roberto G. read more

I feel that the staff is prejudice and condescending. The ladies each tell you different details of joining the credit union but cannot back up their their stories with legitimate paperwork. I am a woman of color and I got the run around each time I tried to join twice. I have called corporate twice also, so now I wait until I get a response. They say that you need a certain FICA score but cannot prove this is a criteria. I do not recommend Glendora for a good fit me or anyone of color. read more

5 star review coming right up! I work at the San Dimas Costco. A rep from FCU came to canvas one day but I wasn't there. However I found their contract info and got in touch with a loan representative to do a HELOC. I got set up with the HELOC and did a checking and savings account as well. Cecelia a Personal banker at the Glendora branch set me up and explained things throughly. Nice features from a local credit union. Cecelia was awesome. When it comes to this credit union think this way "less is more" this credit union has an old school banking feel with all the new age perks. Customer service is awesome. When you need something done and they can't take care of it immediately. They legit call you back same day and personally let you know it was taken care of. AWESOME!!! Call time when you call customer service is short. And you get a good rep on the line. Coin star machine inside doesn't charge a fee. Awesome. It's close to my work and I can visit and go in the branch when I need to. It's awesome. Alex the teller is awesome. So helpful and patient and the sweetest person. I love love love my credit union. Thank you guys soo much. Stay local and go small. read more

Convenient location in a small shopping area and lots of parking. There is an ATM available.

By far the best of the 3 locations. Very personable, remembering my name and saying "say hi to your wire" it has good security doors. I always feel safe there. They have a Coin machine, my wife loves. If I have a deposit to make, I like to hold on to it, till I'm close by I to make my deposits here. read more

The WORST!! Service from Cecilia! And I mean horrible!!! She really needs to humble herself stop being lazy and work on the way she talks and approaches people. If you don't wanna do your job, just say that or quit so somebody else that wants to work can do it. She seriously was useless, And seemed like the only way she really " wanted " to help me, was for it to benefit her. Yikes definitely a turnoff from this company and this location! I did call customer service, and gave it the benefit of the doubt and went to the Covina location due to a recommendation and Melissa was spot on and is beyond amazing !! Cecilia take notes from Melissa Edit: no one told me "no" nor tried to accommodate me at that location, Covina location did everything to accommodate me, and told me what was needed But after this unprofessional messy situation I personally decided not to bank with them after this! So no, nobody told me no, I told you no ! Don't start lying and getting it confused all because it's publicly posted now . Accept one of your employees messed up and now you guys have a bitter review. Hopefully she'll do better. "Hopefully." read more

Terrible place to bank. When they get busy "one" teller. The interactions are NOT 5-star. Not very happy place.

Always great, helpful, and super friendly at this branch! Highly recommended. Great security too.

I have been a loyal member of this credit union since I was a young girl. They are never helpful towards me when it comes to bad customer service, bullying experiences i have had from their former employees. One of them used to be a filipina manager. They can't help me, when I'm getting yelled at and cussed out by their tellers because of nothing I did. Their excuse is the teller was having a bad day. They can't help me when there's been discrepancies with deposits and withdrawals in the past. They can't help me when there's been a mistake with my IRA account from years ago which was a mistake made by their teller. They can't help me when it comes to getting my money back from handyman scammers because the check has cleared for three weeks. Even when I am paying the monthly bank fees of $5 Their attitude is always "Oh well, your loss you dumb bitch." I haven't been to the other branches for years but since I was a child then, they only spoke to my parents. But the bad vibes someone else has mentioned, I can confirm that since I have experienced the same thing countless times ---- in person and over the phone. They've yelled at me to go to other branches, but since I have other errands to run and other people to see in West Covina, it would be a waste of my time, gas and mileage. They can't even do this nicely, so you don't get that bad vibes of "we don't want you here get the fuck out!" I really should have taken the time, effort and energy to complain and file to the proper government agencies but I regret I didn't. I'm a human being who is busy and tired of having to deal with the extra stress from my personal life that it's been easier to let it go. Hopefully this bad experiences of mine will help someone else. Yelp is a good start. read more

Great customer service. The Glendora branch staff are always so helpful and cordial.

Love this bank. The location itself is very nice and they have a secure entrance system. The staff are always kind and helpful. They have great rates for loans, credit, and checking/savings accounts. They also have a great system for starting young bankers with youth bank accounts and help them graduate into adult accounts. If it wasn't for out of state college kids I would convert everything to Foothill in a heartbeat . Horrible customer service, teller was rude. Kept rolling her eyes and having attitude. I have no time for that.

This is a great bank to go. Although its a small credit union and they don't have many locations, this location keeps it very convenient with a drive thru ATM and a ATM outside. You can feel secure as it is a two step process to get into the bank. Once inside, it is very clean and spacious. There is a waiting area that has some toys for kids to play with while they wait. There is also a coinstar-like machine which collects your spare change and tallies up your total where you can either withdraw or deposit it to your account. The service here is top-notch. There really put a emphasis on customer service. They are helpful as well as courteous to any and every question or request you give them. If you don't have an account with them and are near the area then I high recommend opening an account! read more
