He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is rare, and it really meant a lot to me. What stood out the most was his kindness and professionalism. He didn't just do his job he made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. Thanks to him, we are now homeowners, and that is something I will always be grateful for. I was on hold for 30 minutes at 9pm waiting on the fraud dept to answer the phone. When I got to them they were awesome they cancelled everything and locked everything down. No money was lost. They had appointments too but they helped me get started and now I get 300 extra dollars because CHASE appreciates my 30 years of business.
