He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. That level of care is rare, and it really meant a lot to me. What stood out the most was his kindness and professionalism. He didn't just do his job he made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. I was on hold for 30 minutes at 9pm waiting on the fraud dept to answer the phone. When I got to them they were awesome they cancelled everything and locked everything down. No money was lost. I am never able to reset it myself.. I get error messages. How do you want me to pay my statements on time if I can't access them? And automatic payments do not save? There customer team asks me "For security, we need you to verify what your password is.." "Happily. Which one? You have three logins on your website." I ask this question and I am told "Uhhh for your account ma'am." This is not helpful. If it wouldn't ding my line of credit.. I would've closed this account long ago! I only have one transaction a month I use this for.. and it's a pain to pay it every time. I am in my late 20's, am competent with technology, and do not encounter this issue with any other financial institution.
