This is a small newer branch it has a drive Up ATM / vestibule with ATMs that allows access after hours by using ATM card or mobile wallet. It has an Amazon pick up locker. Parking is shared with other businesses in the center. I have not gone in to the branch in some time so I can't speak to staff. read more

Idle-Free Zone for the drive thru ATM is a bold move considering the rise of jugging. It's an understandable sentiment because of the fumes coming from most cars and because of how close the drive thru ATM is to the front entrance of the bank but it's seriously something to rethink. read more

This chase bank is honestly one of the worst I've been to because 75% of the time, the ATMs are malfunctioning. It's extremely annoying cuz you have to drive to another one which just shouldn't be a regular occurrence. The tellers have always been nice/helpful. read more

Chase has mismanaged my accounts!!!! Talking to customer service and other departments has been worthless!!! There is a substantial sum of cash in accounts that they are not using to pay the same monthly auto payments set up for each month!!! Also talked with a supervisor in India who was at best condescending. read more

WHAT is going on with this branch? Every visit is a harassing nightmare. -- My wife went there yesterday to make a principal payment on a car loan. Well, Chase won't do that at a branch, they make you wait 48 hours to call in and play the phone game, but we never even got to that point. -- The teller told my wife the account number was wrong. It wasn't. I logged in to the Chase app and screenshotted the account number. Teller Zero still insisted the number was wrong. I asked if we could search the account some other way. Teller Zero said no. The only way to do that is if I left work and made the 50 minute drive to the branch that closes in 30 minutes. Teller Zero said to bring my ID, etc. My wife just walked out and went to another branch. -- At the next branch the teller smiled and greeted my wife. He typed the account number once, it was perfect. He gleefully took her cash without harassing her for ID or demanding that I present myself. The transaction was done in under one minute. -- I bring this to Yelp from utter frustration. I tried talking to the branch manager, not going to happen. I called their customer service, in the Philippines. The rep told me that they have no path to talk to the branch. The 805 W. Foothill branch is convenient to us... but we just need to avoid it from no on. They are too dysfunctional to exist in this capacity. read more

Jeremy as always is a class act. He was able to give my husband and I better peace of mind. My parents are having issues at another Chase branch and though he couldn't find the solution due to it being outside his scope he was at least able to eliminate some of our concerns. His patience and understanding while handling my parents went above and beyond. It is apparent that he cares about his customers and makes banking a better experience. read more

Angelica Was so amazing I genuinely have experienced for the first time in my whole life what good customer service really look and feels like she was able to help me and was able to explain in detail step-by-step all the information I needed. Came at 4:00 pm on a Thursday. There were 8 people in line so the one bank teller. 4 other employees were all just hanging out and nobody was helping or anything. In person banking is losing its way. At least with chase. read more

This branch constantly have problems: shortened operating hours, unexpected closure, non-working ATM, etc. It is extremely inconvenient to use their services. 1/3 of the time when I need them, something of theirs is not working and I can't get stuff done. Fortunately there's another Chase branch in Claremont that's a lot more reliable, but I have to say this one branch is not meeting expectation. read more

This bank is __NOT__ convenient for business banking. It's worth it to drive further to the next location. I was a walk-in 10 minute transaction and the business banker (was told only 1 at this location) says he was booked and I have to make an appointment to see him because he usually gets booked up. He had a 3pm and a 4pm and said he couldn't see me to get my 10 minute transaction done. It's no fault of his own but I have to make an appointment for every single transaction I need to get done for my business? That's like the complete opposite of an easy banking experience!. Again - no fault of the banker - but this branch should either specifically state business banker by appointment only or staff up to handle business banking walk in matters. read more

The first time came here to open an account and got help from Jeremy. Excellent and speedy customer service. Received a call back a week after to follow up on my new account. That surprises me with their excellent service but I missed the call. Appreciate it giving me a wonderful bank experience and loves to go there again! read more

Came in when it was completely empty. Wonderful service. Nice friendly bank. I appreciate that it's welcoming and bright. quick service too. I like banking with chase because there's always one everywhere I go. They don't have random charges and my card is welcome everywhere. Plenty of parking at this location read more

Manager there Alicia acted like I was bugging her to come. Wastes my time and was very rude and unprofessional. This is how you treat a 20 plus year customer? She will pretend to be on phone to not help you . Good luck doing there read more

Drive thru in Claremont no way! Love not having to go inside the bank. The Asian girl in her pj's with bed head hair going thru the drive thru ATM? That'll be me! read more

Worst experience ever! Brenda the manager at the store is so sneaky and I think a bit racist. I used to work for Chase a few years ago. They have a promotion for opening up a bank account. Well, she wouldn't accept the papers I took when they was nothing wrong with it (she ended up taking them any ways). She did this to bid time so it would be over the 60 days. When ever I come in, she makes me wait until someone else comes in to see the bankers. If you can avoid this place at all and just go to the one on Indian hills. read more

I went in to the branch today to dispute a charge on my account. I went in early to avoid the busier times of day and hopefully get quicker service. There were 2 people waiting to speak to a banker. When I asked how long the wait would be, she asked what my need was. I told her and she referred me to the 800 number for quicker assistance. I was not happy with her rejecting my service and brushing me off as I wanted to do my business in person. I went to the window to take care of my other business and as I was leaving, I noticed her laughing it up with another banker who both, were available and clearly had time to assist customers. I went to the parking lot to dispute the charge via the 800 number as she suggested which took 35 minutes. During that time, I watched the 2 people that were waiting to be seen, leave the branch having completed their business. I was still on the phone trying to resolve my issue. I am extremely unhappy that my bank would refuse to assist me no matter the circumstance. I will be shopping for another financial institution to bank with; I have options. read more

Based of my experience, I enjoy coming to this Chase best witbin my area: great customer service, good parking, and coffee made for customers to enjoy. A lady by the name of Kemi has offered me exceptionally service, and attentive as well. Kemi has gone above and beyond in providing quality customer service. Kemi is an asset to this company and may she recognized for efforts. Thank you for providing a good banking experience. read more

Hardly anybody works here. There was only one person working. The manager saw me waiting several times and did nothing. I waited close to an hour just to inquire about a savings account. Very unprofessional. read more

Each time I come to this location, there is always an excuse why there is no staff to assist me. How can a bank effectively take care of its customers when there are no staff to the? The ATM machines in the bank cannot print me a new card so I need a bank Representative. The manager is useless because all she can do is tell me there is no one here at this time to help me. So I ask you Chase Bank, why is this location even open? read more

Excellent, excellent service! After coming in only 3 times, they were greeting me by name when I walked in. The drive-thru ATM is a mother's dream- cash without schlepping the kiddos inside. Thank you, Chase! Helpful and always friendly staff- I highly recommend this branch. read more

I like using this branch because its usually not busy and you can get in and out real fast. The tellers are very friendly and if you want to listen, they will tell you about all the specials that Chase is running with regards to credit cards. For instance, they are currently running a special on the Chase Freedom Card where if you spend $500 in the first three months, you will get $200 in credit back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! Take the time to drive a bit down the street. Every time I come here I get a horrible customer experience. It's like they don't even care that you walk in about to give them money. I sat waiting for at least half hour before somebody realized I was even in line for a banker I was just told to go sit down and sign in somebody had to come out probably going on their break to tell them that somebody was out here and to top it all off my issue wasn't even resolved. read more

They have 10 offices to help customers but only one person helping and nobody actually telling you how long you will be waiting. The branch manager comes by after waiting for way over half an hour and just tells us that it's still going to take longer because the only person who is there besides her is opening an account with somebody and she can't help because she is the branch manager. What a waist of a time. When you plan on getting help make sure you clear your whole day because that's how long it's going to take read more
