Despite the short notice, they were able to come out within a day or 2. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and thorough. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was flawless. We experienced some technical challenges with the existing keycard system (installed by another vendor), and Mark's team refused to leave until the issue was fully resolved. Even called the vendor to help us work through the issue regardless that it wasn't their responsibility. It was a programming issue on our own servers and we were able to get that resolved quickly. The work Mark and his team had no issues at all. While onsite, we learned that Off The Hinge offers a wide range of other services, and we will absolutely be bringing them back to assess additional projects. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up.
