Mark came out to replace the bottom seal of my door. This man takes pride in his work. He took the extra steps to cut and notch it to fit perfectly. Then he painted it so you wouldn't see the cut marks. He cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Added bonus was he fixed my door so it would stay shut when closed. He had to chisel and adjust the strike plate. He did this all free of charge! The whole job took about 40 mins which I though was fast. Reached out to "Off The Hinge Door Company" and found a real professional. Estimate was quick, informative and included time frames of delivery and completion. All work was conducted as promised except for a minor parts issues. They performed all the work they could on the first trip and then scheduled a second trip when the replacement part came in. I had all the flanges, door locks into the framing and aluminum fixtures replaced but not the door handles. Now the doors looks so good I have to get the door handles replaced and the doors repainted. There is far more work that goes into what you'll see in the photos than you could ever imagine. Very impressed the worker who cleaned up as he went along and even touched up some minor surrounding wood items which was not part of his estimate and he didn't charge extra for the improvements.
