I feel like I have a new home!! Andy was highly recommended by locals in my area and I can see why. He showed up on time, the whole cleaning process was explained to me via the phone and in person so I knew what to expect, how he would use his equipment and the expected outcome. I wish I took some before pictures of the rugs and couch because I was slightly horrified at how shining new everything looked after. I didn't realize it was so dirty! Not only did everything come out great, I don't need to chase my son around and freak out about him re-dirtying it because it was very reasonably priced. I'll be using him again!

She was rude, immediately put out that she couldn't hear my message, and oddly accusatory about it and about our rug stain and kept repeating that they don't guarantee anything even though we never even asked about that. We actually barely got any words in. We were simply calling to inquire about their services and was ambushed with a whoopin'. She sounded irritated by the whole thing. We finally just said ok thanks and got off the phone just to end the nasty uncomfortable call. Hung up completely bewildered. Inexplicable. Perhaps it was just a bad day for her but too scared to consider them again.

I pointed out the heavier dirt at the foot of the chair where I sit each night. He went over it again and it truly was "Perfection." The rugs took 3-4 hours to completely dry. I am so happy with the results!!! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

My friend's boxer started having accidents in his sleep and it just so happened that his favorite place to sleep is on my couch. However, Amy from JP Upholstery replied right away and was efficient, professional and understanding. I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected but being the neat freak that I am, the idea of the urine setting into the couch was giving me nightmares. Long story short, I confirmed with Amy for the next day to have Joe stop by. He was on time, professional, and efficient.
