Had unfortunately spilled a gallon of sweetened ice tea on carpeted stairs and called a few…read more companies without any call backs. After waiting a day for the callbacks that never happened, I found this company after reading about the clean green process and pictures of their work. The owner actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for couple of days later. Got an email upon making the appointment and text reminder that morning that he was on his way. To say that Iyad knows this business is an understatement. Not only did we have him clean those stairs but had him do a wool runner that had wine stains from the past 15 years. That stair runner is actually very light gold color and it looks brand new again. The wool wasn't shrunk nor showed any uneven color afterwards. Was so impressed we had him clean long custom benches covered with a lightly colored Sunbrella fabric that had over a decades worth of body sweat and food stains including salad dressing oil. I had tried to clean it manually but wasn't very effective so I gave up years ago. It was embarrassing to have anyone sit there. We actually feared they were going need to be replaced. Again, everything came out and it looks brand new again. My asthma and eye sensitivities were not triggered which was proof that it was totally green process. No need to open windows or leave house during the application. Areas all completely completely dry within a day. Cost was $380 total. To replace all the items would have been $3,000 easily. Very cost effective vs removing and replacing both runners and bench cushions. Highly recommend this small locally owned company. My only regret was not taking before and after photos. Will be highly recommending this company to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thank you so much!

Wow, Simply Wow! We…read morehad an almost 60-year old Turkish carpet that we wanted cleaned and after doing my online research, we decided to entrust Magarian with the care and cleaning of this heirloom carpet. We got a quote which was reasonable for the elaborate cleaning process that would be used to clean the carpet and we chose to bring in the carpet and then have it delivered once cleaned. Magarian delivered a beautiful clean carpet and offered to cut the fringes to a more manageable length, which turned out to be a great suggestion. We then decided to buy a padding to add to the comfort and that, too, was a solid decision that we have now seen is not just beneficial but feels so nice when walking on the carpet. I would highly recommend using Magarian for your rug cleaning needs, especially when you have valuable carpets that need expert care. But wait, that's not all! We were working with Marcus who has turned out to be the most amazing and wonderful person you could hope to meet. We were in the process of moving to a new home and cautiously asked about the availability and cost of carpeting. We did not have a lot of money left for anything, after factoring the cost of closing on the house and the cost of the actual move. Marcus was so great at learning about our needs and tastes and found several different options for us and made the most tasteful recommendations. We did not have the designer "eye" to see the bigger picture and Marcus offered to come to the house to take measurements and offer his expert advice for placement of the carpets. We could not have done any of this without his guidance and designer experience. It was evident from the first minute we spoke that Marcus is passionate and cares about making his customers happy. Today Marcus and the Magarian crew came to deliver the carpets and every recommendation and choice we made turned out to be even better than we could have hoped for. The installation crew was polite, professional, friendly, respectful of our floors, and they clearly know what they are doing. In short order they brought in the carpets, laid out the padding, and placed the carpets with great precision where we wanted them. The workmanship of the team that cut the carpets to size and bound the edges is outstanding. Even the carpet with patterns was cut so all sides are even and match perfectly. And you could tell that everyone takes pride in what they do and they want the customer to be not just satisfied, but happy with their purchase and choice of carpets. We cannot say enough good things about everyone we have dealt with at Magarian. The cost of all the carpets we purchased was competitive and you will not find a better team to help you with your carpet needs. Other stores will sell you a carpet, but here we got expert advice and design service in one stop. Our home now looks beautiful, warm and inviting, with classy and tasteful carpet choices that Marcus helped us pick out. A Class Act all the way around. Thank you Team Magarian and thank you, Marcus!
