I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected but being the neat freak that I am, the idea of the urine setting into the couch was giving me nightmares. Long story short, I confirmed with Amy for the next day to have Joe stop by. He was on time, professional, and efficient. He was extremly pleasent on the phone and came on a Saturday to clean the carpets. 2 Bedrooms, Hallway and two sets of stairs. The outcome was amazing - they look BRAND new. Super Clean. He was in and out in just under and hour and a half and the carpets look amazing. And the cost was incredible. To do all the carpets in both rooms, the hallway and both sets of stairs it was - TOTALLY worth the price. They came out spectacular.
