On this particular visit to the store I was looking to replenish some Lancome skincare items and the saleslady was able to quickly find the items that I was asking for. Since then, I have been on a journey similar to a nightmare. Poor customer service ( actually the worst I've experienced in my decades as a consumer). Inefficient, timely, difficult to reach, (every time you call, you speak with a different person after you've waited on the line for 20 minutes bc of their "high volume"), conflicting advice, costly and inefficient "repairs" ( which by the way, they don't reimburse you for). They also don't help you dismantle the bed if you decide to get rid of it. AND if you purchase a new bed from another company, they will not take this bed and discard it like they do with other beds. Along the way, there were some people who were nice and tried to help, but at the end of the day, I cant sleep on my side of the bed bc of the loss of air. Be forewarned.....if you purchase a sleep # bed , just hope that you don't have a problem with it, or be prepared to spend a lot of time and money, not to mention frustration.
