I read the review for Perfection Carpet Cleaners and called the phone number. Richard got back to me right away, sent a price quote and set a date within a few days. He was prompt, professional and finished an 8' round and and 10' runner within twenty minutes. He called me into the room to ask if I liked the results. I pointed out the heavier dirt at the foot of the chair where I sit each night. He went over it again and it truly was "Perfection." The rugs took 3-4 hours to completely dry. I am so happy with the results!!! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

We have used Federal Carpet twice for out in home carpet needs and have been extremely pleased with…read morethe results. While the location is "no frills" Federal Carpet offers a great selection, fair pricing, and the service has been excellent. The owner was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable after many years in this business... a better resource than your local Home Depot or Lowe's. He actually talked me out of a more expensive runner based on my needs, knowing that with our active family and pets, a more expensive runner would not have been money well invested. Scheduling our installation was easy, the carpet and installers were on time, quick, clean, and installed expertly. We highly recommend Federal Carpet to anyone for their carpet, runner, or other flooring needs!

ABSOLUTELY recommend M&M. When you are in a pinch, they respond. I have had all the carpets, area…read morerugs, and runners cleaned by M&M. It is more convenient to reach out to them rather than rolling up the area rugs and dropping off to a local service for cleaning. Messaging via SMS is probably the easiest way to contact and follow up on your appointment. I have been able to reduce my days waiting by simply checking in about any cancellations. This is a mobile service and they have been doing this a long time. Brian is very good with the service he provides. The carpet we had recently cleaned was soiled in a few places due to a sick dog. Plus, it was time to clean due to the dog having been sick a few others times and the carpet just smelly. After the carpet was cleaned, the room smelled wonderfully clean and remained that way for several days. That clean smell is powerful enough to kill any odors in the room that lingered before. That is what I appreciate because no other chemical can be used that isn't pet safe and finding the correct chemical to use is impossible. They use pet safe products and that is very important in a pet home. It is best to completely clear the room to get the best value for the cleaning. Clear before M&M comes in so he can do the job correct.

Had unfortunately spilled a gallon of sweetened ice tea on carpeted stairs and called a few…read more companies without any call backs. After waiting a day for the callbacks that never happened, I found this company after reading about the clean green process and pictures of their work. The owner actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for couple of days later. Got an email upon making the appointment and text reminder that morning that he was on his way. To say that Iyad knows this business is an understatement. Not only did we have him clean those stairs but had him do a wool runner that had wine stains from the past 15 years. That stair runner is actually very light gold color and it looks brand new again. The wool wasn't shrunk nor showed any uneven color afterwards. Was so impressed we had him clean long custom benches covered with a lightly colored Sunbrella fabric that had over a decades worth of body sweat and food stains including salad dressing oil. I had tried to clean it manually but wasn't very effective so I gave up years ago. It was embarrassing to have anyone sit there. We actually feared they were going need to be replaced. Again, everything came out and it looks brand new again. My asthma and eye sensitivities were not triggered which was proof that it was totally green process. No need to open windows or leave house during the application. Areas all completely completely dry within a day. Cost was $380 total. To replace all the items would have been $3,000 easily. Very cost effective vs removing and replacing both runners and bench cushions. Highly recommend this small locally owned company. My only regret was not taking before and after photos. Will be highly recommending this company to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thank you so much!
