At that point, they finally text back to my reminder text from the night before that they ignored to say that they can't make it because they have a dentist's appointment. Not even an emergency mind you, but something they scheduled in advance at the same time we had a cleaning scheduled. Unbelievable! They were apologetic after the fact but that's a huge red flag. Will have to look for someone else.

I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing! This has been on my to-do list for over a month. What a relief--and a pleasure--to check it off and feel this satisfied. Gooo Nick!!

Oh shit! Frantic and in desperation, I did a quick Google search for a cleaner, and by the grace of God found Max and Max Cleaners. I rang him up. He answered immediately and agreed to clean the house the very next day on a Saturday. Not knowing the house he ran over that day, Friday afternoon, to inspect the property, recommend cleaning, and provide a quote. I gave him my credit card number in a heartbeat. His team cleaned the house on Saturday as agreed. Sunday, my realtor did the move inspection with the new tenants. He said the house was unbelievable and beyond immaculate. The new tenants who knew the situation were beyond pleased. In short, to say Max and his team was my savior is a gross understatement. I'll never use anyone else for cleaning needs, and you'd be a fool not to use them too!
