We had hired Clean Co Cleaning Solutions initially because my mother was going through radiation…read morefor cancer and Clean Co worked with the oncology center to get them a complimentary cleaning. The people that came were wonderful, especially Kellsie, and my parents immediately took to them. They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's. Later that same day, we received a beautiful Edible Arrangement from Clean Co with a sympathy card attached. Our entire experience with them went beyond customer service. Their work was exactly what they promised, exactly what was needed, their bedside manner was perfect for my parents, their warm conversation was as welcomed as their efforts to keep the place in good condition, and their generosity and thoughtfulness is not something we will soon forget. If you are in need of cleaning services, please reach out to them. The next time we need someone, no search will be required. There are wonderful people throughout the company and we were lucky to have been put in touch with such a great organization.

They give you a list of what is supposed to be done both for standard and deep cleans. They missed several items on the list like cleaning tops of refrigerators and inside of microwave ovens. After calling the company and letting them know I was canceling my second appointment and would try another company they asked for a second chance to do the job right, so I agreed. They scheduled me for a second, deep cleaning at no additional cost. They did an outstanding job and everyone was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sweety for both price and professionalism. I have decided to use them as previously agreed...once a month. My house is almost 4500 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. They charged me $380 for the deep clean and $212 thereafter, which is very reasonable.
