So housecleaning can be challenging, to say the least, with two little ones and a dog and full-time jobs. So when we found Luciana and her dream team, she and her team were a godsend; they did a deep cleaning. It looked sparklingly clean when they were completely done, it looked like a brand new home. Her team ( Angels), as I like to call them, are so polite, professional, and hard-working, honestly hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Luciana and her dream team. I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.

I was recommended this company though and wow. It's a different home! We were very close to ripping up all of the carpet to replace them, and we can now get at minimum quite a few more years out of them. Not only did this save us thousands, the gentleman (Chris) who cleaned them for us was very sweet, to us, our son and our pup. He also saw our time kitchen floors as I tiredly grabbed my mop and told me they also do tile cleaning. I will be booking the first appointment available! We made arrangements for him to come take a look at my home for the next evening. He was promplt, polite and very professional. He even took his shoes off before coming upstairs. He quoted a fair price and since I was trying to book before Easter, he had to squeeze me in, since they were already very booked, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. Two days later, he and his team arrived, and were right on time.They spent a few hours in my home and I can't even describe how happy I am with the results.
