I have never hired a house cleaning service before and was a bit hesitant, but after reading Yelp reviews on several companies, decided to call Extra Care Cleaning Service. I couldn't be happier that I made that decision! I emailed them from the Yelp site and within 15 minutes, Rumaldo returned my call. We made arrangements for him to come take a look at my home for the next evening. He was promplt, polite and very professional. He even took his shoes off before coming upstairs. He quoted a fair price and since I was trying to book before Easter, he had to squeeze me in, since they were already very booked, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. Two days later, he and his team arrived, and were right on time. They spent a few hours in my home and I can't even describe how happy I am with the results. This group works incredibly hard is extremely proud of their work - and it shows! We all know how challenging housework can be; I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and it was worth every penny! I can't wait until they come again next month! read more

Pricey. There are local services who do just as good a job for a fraction of the price.

We called Extra Care for a move-out cleaning for a 2-story 3 bedroom house. They were responsive and followed up the day before. They showed up exactly when they said they would with just a smiley attitude - even after i forgot to leave the door unlocked and had to drive 30min to meet them. They spent the whole day working with great attention to detail. I'm so happy that I chose them and now I'm getting security deposit back in full! read more

The business owner, Mr Rumaldo, it is a very professional guy, I called him and he came right after 45mins, he is very straight forward and discussed about the terms and what he will do for me. He can find out the spots that I can't find and said he will take care of all the things. And the result is AWESOME! Because their hardwork and the awesome service, they earned my first Yelp review and my respect. I would recommend to anyone in NH area! read more

Not to be a Yelp hog but wanted to add that I moved out of Nashua. I ended my cleaning relationship with Extra Care. They cleaned my house monthly, for 5 years. FIVE YEARS and they never cancelled or not showed. My cats and dog and stuff are just fine. Thanks Rumaldo's team of lovely ladies! (I would practice my Spanish with them and they would politely smile and nod and be under impressed). read more

These are 'must have' cleaners with high standards and they have been around for quite a while in the southern New Hampshire areas of Nashua, Manchester, Hollis, Litchfield, Merrimack, Pelham, Brookline, Goffstown, New Boston, Mont Vernon, Peterborough, Milford, Raymond, Bedford, Amherst, Hudson, Weare, Windham . Extremely well organized (they call the evening before arrival), work in a team of 3 and always leave my house very clean. Even do fans if you request it. Much more professional than many others I hired in the last few years. Some stains I could not get out they were able to remove. Also very trustworthy (once gave them too much change and they pointed it out). Not the very cheapest, but very good price, especially since they bring their own tools and cleaning agents with them . read more

Rumaldo and his team are THE BEST! I contacted them via a recommendation from a neighbor to help with all the yellow pine pollen and a deep spring clean. Rumaldo came over for a walk through and took me through what to expect. He was incredibly professional with a binder full of all the products they use and testimonials from other customers. When the day finally arrived he and his team went to work and the results were AMAZING! Now keep in mind this is a cleaning crew not a maid service so you're on your own for laundry, changing sheets, putting dishes away, etc. but the attention to detail in the cleaning was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Rumaldo and Team! You guys are the fantastic! read more

My husband and I had never had a house cleaner before and were concerned that we wouldn't get the results that we were looking for, but Romaldo at Extra Care went above and beyond our expectations! We had originally planned on only getting a one time cleaning done for my son's birthday party, but have now committed to a monthly cleaning. Romaldo and his crew were great and were very friendly with our over the top dog (he jumps like crazy on anyone who comes in the house and can be a bit annoying at times). They really deep cleaned the house too- window sills, the oven, the floors, under the beds... they even folded the end of the toilet paper! All in all, so pleased with the service we got and would recommend Romaldo to anyone and everyone! read more

This company is the real deal. I was looking for a team that would clean my house the way I would clean it (if I had the time) and they far exceeded my expectations. Do not give in to the sticker shock-the initial cleaning is not cheap, but worth every penny! This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". They more than live up to their name with the level of detail in their work. Every nook and cranny of my house is spotless (think bathroom ceiling fan, heat vents, UNDER the sofa)-I can't stop smiling . read more

I Love ECCS. Rumaldo and his crew do an outstanding job cleaning my townhouse. I thought I could keep up with it myself but couldn't find the time to clean on a regular basis so I called Rumaldo. He did a deep clean of my townhouse to start and has been back 4-5 times now (every other week) and my place has NEVER looked better! It even passed the 'Mom' test when my parents came by last week and spent some time in my home. My mother told me whoever is cleaning my house is doing an excellent job and she personally checked a few areas and everything was absolutely spotless. I am so happy to write that check each time they come because I know they don't take shortcuts or cut corners. They get the job done each time and get it done right. Call them TODAY. You will not be disappointed! read more

Rumadlo and his crew really impressed me! My boyfriend's condo needed a very deep cleaning and they exceeded my expectations. I am very happy I chose them. He was quick to answer and efficient with his time. I can't wait to have them come back monthly! Thank you! read more

I understand there are tons of five-star reviews about this company, however I was not overly impressed. Their price was good, but i think they are more geared to commercial cleaning. A general lack of detail that I would have expected from a detail home cleaning company. read more

I called Extra Care this morning after another company was a no show. I have new furniture coming in tomorrow and the house that I'm renting is filthy. It was never cleaned before I moved in and with my back injured, I couldn't do the job. I called and they pulled together a team to come out the same day!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how nice, polite, & professional they all are. They did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning. They hit every nook & cranny, went well above what I expected them to do. I am going to contract them to clean my home once a month. They are even less expensive than the original company that was suppose to come!!! If you need your home cleaned, these are the folks you want doing it. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A GREAT JOB!!!!!! read more

Rumaldo and his team are amazing! We just bought a new home in the Manchester area, and the previous occupants left it less than clean. Rumaldo was able to schedule us in fast. They cleaned top to bottom and even did an amazing job in our unfinished basement. They exceeded our expectations and are definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you so much! read more

I can't explain how pleased I am with Extra Care. Ramuldo and his staff came in and went immediately to work. We're moving and I needed to get ahead of the cleaning of the house before we leave. I'm a retired interior designer and can safely say Ramuldo is the best I've ever seen. My home has never been this clean. Every chandelier glove was removed and cleaned. I saw toothbrushes used. My home is now cleaned ready for a surgery to take place. No kidding! He's due to return to clean after the movers come. Wish I'd known of this company prior to moving!!!! I even hugged him after I saw my master bath!! read more

My elderly parents needed post construction cleanup after storm repairs, and wanted their windows cleaned. Rumaldo and his team made everything spotless, and in only about an hour. Very professional and thorough. I felt the price was very fair for the work performed. read more

I first hired Rumaldo and his team about 11 years ago, while recuperating from back surgery. They were so wonderful to me, right from the beginning! Rumaldo even took it upon himself to clean the snow off of my car for me! He and his wife Rosa are just the kindest, most trustworthy people. I have left money, jewelry, you name it, out and never once has anything gone missing. They have never cancelled an appointment, and even send a text message the night before to remind you they are coming. Even though they have grown so big over the years, their level of service and care has never wavered. Rosa even surprises me every so often by doing something extra. I admit, this review is WAY overdue, and they have made my life so much easier and more pleasant by keeping my home clean and beautiful. I look forward so much to coming home on Friday nights, knowing my entire apartment will be spotless, smelling fresh, and ready for a nice relaxing weekend! LOVE THEM! read more

I agree with other reviewers that Extra Care does a phenomenal job cleaning. My team of three really do take "extra care" to make sure they meet or exceed my expectations in every detail. They are pleasant, courteous and professional . It is such a relief and pleasure to enjoy my sparkling clean home thanks to Extra Care. read more

I chose Extra Care Cleaning Service because all of the great reviews I read here - and today I was not disappointed. Rumaldo came to my house to assess the areas to be cleaned and was very professional and friendly, and explained everything he and his team would do. The next day, Rumaldo and 5 of his crew members showed up and got right to work. I was home, but stayed out of their way, and when they were done, Rumaldo did a walk through with me, showing me everything that was done, and my expectations were exceeded! Details that I did not expect to be done were done, and done well. They pulled all furniture in my bedroom and living room out from their spots to clean all floor areas, all baseboards and vents were cleaned perfectly, window sills that were filled with sand and such were completely cleaned, my fridge was pulled out to clean the floor, inside the oven was done and my kitchen sink is shining like never before. I even saw Rumaldo vacuuming my front steps at one point, which I thought was great! I also got a nice surprise when I saw that my small back deck and table set (which had been covered in pollen for quite some time) had been completely wiped down and looking brand new! I did not expect the crew to touch anything outside, so this was a very pleasant treat to find. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their attention to detail, efficiency and professionalism. I will absolutely use them again for future cleanings! read more
