After our $600+ deep clean for our tiny house- they didn't clean our tub, our bathroom floor, most of the floors in our home, or pretty much anything (except for the fridge- the fridge was clean and organized) We called, showed them the photos and they wanted to come and reclean. This was fine with me until the customer service person started asking accusatory questions of why we weren't home when they came in the first place- as if that's standard when a cleaning service comes to manage their work. I have 2 babies and it quite literally wouldn't be possible for them to clean around my 1 year old causing chaos and my 4 month old. After being told for them to come back and reclean I would need to be home to supervise the cleaners (along with somehow wrangling 2 very young children) I was so stressed I told them not to come. They told me because it was on the schedule they would be coming anyway, against my wishes. Having to tell a company they are not welcome on your property and begging them to not show up unwelcome is a very odd experience. The entire experience was bizarre and frustrating. They've offered a partial refund, and to hire a competitor to do the job. The catch is, no competitor charges nearly as much for this service for such a small home. So they would still walk away with hundreds of dollars in profit for the time and energy of ours they wasted. When you pay this much you want a luxury service and at least average customer service and it's not what you get. Edit: Per the inaccurate response- I've added an additional screenshot after we said don't come. They said to me on the phone "why wasn't your husband there he said he was going to be there. If no one was there who let them in?" They then did request that I be home for the reclean- so not sure why the lying is necessary. They don't get a gold star for how long they were here when they didn't clean our one and only bathroom, the floors, most of the kitchen or many of the surfaces. God only knows what they were doing for all that time. read more

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. We are so traumatized by the experience we will never hire a cleaning crew again. Basically none of what was promised to be cleaned was cleaned. We paid $600 for the "top to bottom" clean and we are honestly a little disturbed that 3 employees were in our house for almost 4 hours and it was basically the same as it was when we left it aside from the fridge being organized. The owner, as you can see from other reviews, doesn't care about trust and faith in her company being violated. Regardless of it not being in their policy to issue refunds, she knows when her employees didn't do their job AT ALL and that it is bad business to double down and upset your customers even more when they feel they have been ripped off. This company as a whole is grossly incompetent and I'm surprised they are even staying in business. Read the other one star reviews. This is a common theme with their customers. You will not get what you're paying for and the owner does not care about the amount of time and money you will waste getting them in your house. If you don't have time for them to come multiple times to do the job right or hire out a different company, you will not be refunded when your house is still dirty. Update 2: Please see owners response confirming everything I stated about unethical, honorless crooks. Compete failure to honor their warranty. They get to choose what is clean, not you. This is in complete opposition to their legally binding express warranty. She also failed to address the fact the failed to honor their military discount which they use as marketing tool. A company that uses veterans to portray themselves as caring in order to garner more business and then fail to honor their advertised discount for veterans is disgusting. Especially as a business who also advertises themselves as veteran owned. Unethical, honorless, crooks. Served with a smile of course. Yay! Also let it be know the business failed to response to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) formal complaint after being contacted by the BBB multiple times expressly demonstrating they have no rebuttal to my complaints. Update: Unethical, honorless, crooks. First, they failed to inform me of their discount for veterans and then after I found it on their website, after I had already paid, they refused to honor the discount for a Marine Corps veteran of over 9 years who is 100% permanent and totally disabled. A discount they use as a marketing tool to manipulate people who either are veterans or who actually care about vets in order to enrich themselves. Disgusting. Second, they refused to honor their commitment to quality. Both the CSR and operations manager misrepresented their own express quality warranty. The CSR argued with me that they get to choose who does the third cleaning and when I pushed back stating verbiage from their own website she hung up on me. Here is what the website says: "Our Promise Of Excellence If you're not satisfied with our service we will come back and clean it within 48 hours, and if you're still unhappy we will pay a professional competitor of your choosing to re-clean that week!" This is from the ops manager Chelsey: "We understand that there have been concerns with the quality of our services. In an effort to rectify the situation, we provided a follow-up cleaning at no charge to address the missed areas. We felt this follow-up clean met all quality standards based on feedback received from our Team Member directly and based on quality photos received after the clean." So in other words if you are not happy with the poor job they did, see photos taken after second cleaning, your opinion doesn't count. They get to tell you what is acceptable. And if you challenge the lies and misrepresentations of their own policies they get upset and refuse further interactions. So as a disabled vet who can't clean my place to the level I want I am left with $538 less money and a condo that is still not clean. First cleaning involved two cleaners for supposedly 4 hours. My 1300 sq/ft condo is kept clean so should be an easy job. The stove top was not cleaned as there was obvious buildup on it, there was still crumbs and such on the kitchen floor under the cabinets and in front of the refrigerator, carpet runners in hallway clearly had not been moved as there was still debris under them and the wood flooring had not been cleaned at all. I requested a second cleaning as this was unacceptable. After the second cleaning, which I was told everything had to be redone, the floors still had not been cleaned. A simple wet paper towel wiped on the floor in a closet showed as much. $438 for a "top to bottom deep clean" and a $100 tip and still the house was not clean. For all the statements about guarantees of quality mean all of nothing when it is not actually executed each and every time. Two shots at it and still failed to execute a basic cleaning. read more

I had a horrible experience with HomePlus Cleaning. At 9 months pregnant I hired them to do a deep clean of my home. Everyone I spoke to was sweet and wonderful, including the girls who came to clean my home. We went over the list of things they would be cleaning as part of my package which was priced at over $700. I felt comfortable leaving them to finish up as I had a doctor's apt and wouldn't be returning till they were finished. I left them both a very generous tip, assuming the job would be done well. When I returned a couple of hours later, I was horrified. Most of the things that we had agreed upon being cleaned as part of the "deep clean" had not even been *touched*. And what had been cleaned had been done terribly - very obvious streaks on the mirrors and floors, for example. I was so upset. I spent the next several hours re-cleaning and crying as I was in so much pain and so uncomfortable, ready to go into labor at any moment. All I had wanted was to come home from the hospital to a clean home that I didn't need to worry about for a couple weeks. To say nothing of the fact that $700 is a *lot* of money to my husband and I and we were about to have a baby. I contacted the company and per their guarantee they offered to come back and clean. I get that this is what they would normally offer in normal circumstances, but I asked them to consider that these were not normal circumstances. I didn't have time to have them come back as I was expecting to go into labor any day. They then offered to come back after the baby was born. I honestly don't know any mom dealing with a newborn who wants a bunch of strangers invading her home and her personal space immediately after having given birth while she is trying to rest and recuperate - not to mention caring for a newborn. They would need to go into every room, they would be loud, and they would be in my home for several hours. And worst of all, I could not understand how I could possibly trust them to actually clean well what they were supposed to clean the first time. If you aren't willing to do it right the first time, how/why should I give you another chance? I have spent decades in customer service and I had numerous circumstances where I had to make exceptions on policy to do what is right for the customer. Even after speaking with the owner of this company (Brielle) she refused to help me and insisted that she would not budge from her own policy. I provided her with images from after her crew had left and she agreed that they completely dropped the ball and did not do what I had paid for. She offered to reimburse me for $100 (significantly less than the tip I left for the crew) and again, over and over insisted that *all* they would be willing to do is come again to clean. Ultimately, I was forced to file a complaint with the BBB and another with my credit card company. It would seem this company has made other customers happy and ultimately, I wish them the best. However, before using them I would highly recommend you consult the BBB site (I am *not* the only person who has had this exact issue with them) and/or be prepared to have them come back and clean again - if you should have the availability to do so - otherwise you will be out a lot of money and still have a dirty home. read more

Over the past several months, they have always been on time, perform a high level service, and are easy to communicate with. There are definitely cheaper services, but for me it was important to work with a company that was fully insured and that paid a living wage. This company sold me a three hour cleaning package, same-day cleaning, when I called them the day my mother died to come clean my house because my family was coming for the funeral. They sent a young woman who spent 3 hours cleaning a 4 x 7 bathroom and a small kitchen. Never touched the guest room, dining room, living room, or my bedroom. Charged me $340 which I had agreed to but I assumed they were going to surface clean (dust and vacuum) my whole apartment (1000 sq ft). I feel cheated at a time when I was very vulnerable. I reached out to them very nicely but all they offered was to send somebody back to re-clean what they had already cleaned, which makes absolutely no sense to me. read more

Scheduled cleaning kept being changed. When the schedule day got approached you would get the call from them saying it has to be rescheduled due to some reasons. The two ladies did a basic deep cleaning for us in a very slowly pace, letting some areas undone. I said I was hoping to have two person to come so that it doesn't need five hours to do the job because my kid needs to sleep and they said they understood the situation and would try to have two but cannot guaranteed, which I understood. I did not know that now it became the reasons for the rescheduling from their reply. For example, the most recent rescheduling was two days before the scheduled day I was told that it had to be rescheduled because workers took on vacation, and they did apologize that they did not realize this when they initially scheduled for us. Also, during the cleaning just one redo and the girls said okay for that. I did not asked them to redo this or that as I did not have much time staying in the house just to check. I was out for about our two hours and then I had to cook and feed my kid. read more

so this is going to be a long message initially I called and the quote I was given was $205 for 3 hours I thought it was a little pricey however I reconsidered because I thought well you know what there's a quarantine going on this a pandemic and small businesses are being hit the hardest so I immediately called back spoke to a young lady named Christine who was extremely helpful extremely nice and explained to me that the business was I think she said minority or I think I looked it up and I kind of figured that out but nonetheless everything was fine the cleaner came the next day I was not home so I let her in with my automatic dial pad system while I was out came at exactly 12 the phone wrong 16 minutes later and I had to let her back in okay not a problem I got to my house around 1 p.m. and she was still doing the dishes oh I forgot to mention I asked for my dishes to be cleaned my kitchen to be cleaned in the living room to be cleaned papers together and organized and the floors taken care of okay when I came in the house the young woman was cleaning the dishes and I might say that I have quite a lot of dishes 3 hours is up I get to the kitchen there is absolutely nothing done besides the dishes and mind you she didn't even use soap on my dishes she washed dirty dishes with water I found my soap in my bathroom because I guess I forgot to put it back but don't they have cleaning supplies? Flexible, responsive, and beautiful work. We scheduled a last minute deep clean of a new house we were moving into and had to change the time several times around our closing. Brielle was incredibly accommodating in finding another crew to potentially work the weekend on an off shift, then did not hesitate to reschedule again when we needed to move the appointment back to another day. Her employees, Katie and Colette, did beautiful work and were very thorough. They went above and beyond to make the home feel like ours, after the sellers had left it less than ideal (with limited time, too!). They conversed with us and we're open to modifying what we needed to prioritize. It was such a nice feeling to move into!
