I couldn't be happier that I made that decision! I emailed them from the Yelp site and within 15 minutes, Rumaldo returned my call. We made arrangements for him to come take a look at my home for the next evening. He was promplt, polite and very professional. He even took his shoes off before coming upstairs. He quoted a fair price and since I was trying to book before Easter, he had to squeeze me in, since they were already very booked, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. Two days later, he and his team arrived, and were right on time. They spent a few hours in my home and I can't even describe how happy I am with the results. This group works incredibly hard is extremely proud of their work - and it shows! We all know how challenging housework can be; I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and it was worth every penny! I can't wait until they come again next month!

I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing! This has been on my to-do list for over a month. What a relief--and a pleasure--to check it off and feel this satisfied. Gooo Nick!!
