They came for the in-home estimate right away and even though I had to ask multiple times for an appointment for the first cleaning they promised me they would arrive between nine and 930 on a certain day. I made sure to rearrange my personal schedule to accommodate this appointment and waited for the cleaning team to arrive. At 10 o'clock I messaged the owner asking what was going on and if there was an ETA on their arrival. I received a message about 10 minutes later stating that there was a problem with childcare and they could not make it but wanted to reschedule for the end of the week. I told him that I really wished that my time was valued and that a simple phone call would've been really nice. I never received a message back. I ended up hiring another company. It's too bad, I actually was willing to pay $30 more for the cleaning up and the other companies that I got estimates from because they seem to like a professional service. I was mistaken.
