More importantly, their facebook link is dead, nobody is responding over email, and the phone number listed to contact them no longer works. I am trying to adjust the frequency of the cleanings, and I'm unable to contact anyone. I'm not sure where this stands on the good/bad business practice spectrum, but I'm going to have to start asking the people who show up to clean for their boss' contact information so I can cancel all future services if this continues. Customers need a way to actually speak to a person working for this business.

I didn't pay my hard earned money for a half ass job! The two woman who came (one who seemed to be bossing the other around and may have been a co owner ?) weren't here long enough I thought for a deep cleaning and boy was I knew it when I saw the work they did (or didn't do) Also to make matters worse I don't think that their products are all natural because whatever they used to clean my rugs ruined it! And it looks like whatever they wiped my walls with ruined my new paint in my office right near where the rugs ruined! I'm very unhappy and would like my money back, but I don't think that's going to happen because every time I call they never answer or call me back. I also asked them to stop contacting us as our email address must have gotten on their email list by mistake. They then started contacting us through the chat feature on our website asking if they could stop by to give us a quote to clean our office. You've got to be kidding me! This has gone from spam emails to flat out harassment. This is not the way to find new clients!
