Very responsive and reasonable for a 4hr job, 3 bed 3bath home. They are a small local business so we like to support them, but we almost want to hide this gem rather than give them this review! We are aware of recent news, so we didn't expect them to just ring the doorbell without confirming location and time, so they were also very precise during booking and confirming arrival. We do hope they get kind clients because they are trustworthy and so sweet. They also provided a detailed quote, which was honored. No surprises, except you didn't even know you could use it or needed to clean that spot! Very meticulous, easy to work with, adaptable and does their job well. We would use them again in the future!

I said everything is cleared out of house and gave them all the specifics of the house (3 bedroom, 2bath, 1000sq'). Asked them can they still do the cleaning and for a quote. AKS: Have availability , but before I can confirm appointment and quote , will need complete address and what time you'll be at property to provide access. Me: Gave them address and said to be safe, 9am. July 16 AKS: Thank you for confirming details. I'm sending you estimate for deep cleaning for Tuesday July 21 8am. Please confirm how we will access property. Once you approve estimate and access , we can reserve appointment. (Along with this request they sent me a "Deep cleaning checklist" , but no estimate). Me: Ask if they sent estimate AKS: I apologize, accidentally sent you a message intended for another client. Here is your estimate ( attached was the estimate) Me: Does estimate included cleaning inside appliances and cabinets. and interior windows. AKS: Yes (sent along with whole list of inclusions) Me: great, I'll make sure someone is there by 8am. Do you have email address or phone number to contact you? AKS: unfortunately July 21 is no longer available. All communication must remain here on Yelp. Me: After giving all the info and agreeing on a date, now you telling me July 21st is no longer available. Not good. When I did a first walk through, things looked good, but after taking a closer look, I was disappointed. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service.

I was thrilled to have 4 people arrive on Thanksgiving week and they were ready to do extra requests to get ready for the holiday. Sometimes I am not home and they have been trustworthy for months. Sometimes I am home frantically picking up rooms as they start cleaning the other ones and this works out fine too. Everyone I have met has been friendly and they are open to listening to what you want done each visit. (For instance, one week I asked them to vacuum under couch cushions and the next week I asked if they could vacuum the stairs to the playroom.)
