Excellent service over 10 years cleaning my two-story condo. Thorough and professional. I give them my highest recommendation.

I specifically requested a basement sewage cleanup, and the company confirmed the job after I sent them photos and explained my needs. They told me it was already noted in their system and let me book directly. However, when the scheduled day came, they canceled last minute, saying the job couldn't be done. Because they had originally assured me they would handle it, I turned down other cleaning companies. This left me with no solution and completely ruined my schedule. Very unprofessional. read more

I moved into an apartment and requested a deep clean of a nearly empty unit and they really delivered. It's an older unit so in need of some TLC and the last tenants left some dirt behind. When I came back it was sparkling from the blinds, baseboards, oven, cabinets, everything was done to perfection. It was worth the cost to have the peace of mind and while I probably won't make it a regular thing, I really appreciate the effort and job done. I received a quick quote from Outstanding Cleaning for a move-in during COVID and they were accommodating with scheduling but the service was terrible. A crew of 5-6 showed up to clean our 2 bed 1 bath apartment. I had never ordered a cleaning service before and tried to stay out of the way as much as possible. I was offered to check on the cleaning once before the crew left and I did a quick walk through, not knowing how thorough I should have been (I thought that was their job). Everything looked fine, until they left and I got up close and personal and realized how dirty things still were (window frames, seams in the shower, the oven...). I would never recommend this service to anyone and I certainly won't be a repeat customer. Your money is better spent elsewhere! read more

I've never needed to look for a cleaning service for two reasons: 1. I'm very picky and somewhat OCD about cleaning, so I've always done it myself and 2. The times I did hire someone, they did not meet my expectations or listened to how I wanted my place cleaned. However, after a medical procedure I had no choice, so my search started. Arrived on time, were very efficient and everyone was wearing a mask / being conscientious. We had a deep cleaning and they did a wonderful job, the house was spotless after they left and everything was neatly arranged in addition. I've been using Outstanding Cleaning for about 4 years now. Started with the fortnightly service, spent a few months doing monthly when I was traveling, and now I've moved to the weekly cleaning. In the four years that I've been with them, Veronice has always been professional, courteous, kind--perfect in every way. I've had a few times where I've asked her not to charge me until my paycheck came through, and she always waited. Once, two years ago, the cleaners didn't do a good job, and she scheduled a free cleaning the next day and came herself to make sure everything is spotless. I've used other services in the past, and while I've had great experiences (and bad ones too), I find Outstanding to be the one that truly lives up to their name. I should also mention that I have five cats and a dog, so my house is always covered in cat hair. The cleaners do an amazing job of removing all of it (well, for an hour; because as soon as they leave it's going to be covered in cat hair again) and tolerating my 100 lb puppy jumping and trying to get their attention. I also often ask for favors like rearranging my plates and glasses and folding my clothes, and they always oblige with a smile. Wonderful, wonderful people. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, get the weekly cleaning. It's only slightly more expensive than the bi-weekly, and your house will be spotless all the time. I paid $157 per cleaning when it was every two weeks, so $314 a month. Now I pay $115 per week, which adds up to $460. It's $150 more, but I get two more cleanings. read more

Amazing service, willing to go the extra mile and make sure everything is set! I was moving out of my apartment and left a lot of junks two days before I had to hand in my keys. I messaged Outstanding and they responded in less than an hour and was able to help me the next day. I don't have a car, so she was willing to drive to my new apartment to get and return the keys despite her busy schedule. After reading all of the five star reviews, I was shocked at the poor service I received from Outstanding Cleaning. This leads me to question the authenticity of some of these reviews. Not only were the cleaners almost two hours late, the owner was curt, rude, and disrespectful to my wife. I live in a very small, well kept apartment, yet we were quoted at 100 dollars to get the bathroom and kitchen cleaned. My guess is that the cleaners stop getting paid right at 6pm, so they only had an hour to spend in my house. My wife spoke with the owner to try and negotiate a lower rate and she was talked down to and informed the price was so high because our house was moldy. This is wildly untrue. We live in a newly renovated condo, was there some mildew in the shower? Sure, there was a pinkish color in between some tiles, but nothing that wet cloth wouldn't clean up. Let me say something about the cleaners themselves, they were great. They were very nice to my family. The problem was, they were so rushed they left cleaning cloths everywhere, trash piled up outside the back door, and they didn't clean the whole kitchen. I hope they leave Outstanding Cleaning and find a better boss to work for. We ended up tipping the cleaners well because we felt bad for them. If for some reason you disregard my review and hire Outstanding Cleaning, be sure to schedule them early in the day and get a quote before they start cleaning. It is very hard to ask a cleaning service to leave once they get started...I'm guessing the owner knew this. I was duped by good Yelp reviews folks. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

I have to say that this company is the ONLY company that had great communication, fantastic service and while I haven't seen the house yet (they are cleaning now), The communication was crystal clear and she was so .... so so so nice! Con: they are frequently late and sometimes do now show for appointments, the website is useless in actually coordinating your cleaning, they quote different prices and then charge you the higher one... and they might even double charge you. Here's the short version: Pro: Veronice is the most thorough, amazing cleaner I know - which is saying a lot, because I am an amazing cleaner myself :) and my standards are H-I-G-H - also, we have 2 cats and a toddler! Con: She also happens to be one of the most unreliable / unprofessional cleaners I have every worked with. Out of the approx. 10 times she cleaned for us I would say half something went wrong. Once she just never showed up. Another time she called 20 minutes after she was supposed to be there and said she couldn't come. Another time she was 2 hours late. You get the point. Not to mention the fact she committed - in my mind - the cardinal rule of not just being a guest in someone's home but being PAID to CLEAN their home - when I came home early she and her assistant were wearing their dirty sneakers upstairs on my light beige wall-to-wall carpet. This is what sent me over the edge. Forget about the fact that I had explicitly told her 'no shoes in the house' - I've never had a cleaning woman who would EVER not remove her shoes before coming inside. Not only is it extremely disrespectful (since she knew my rule) but counter-intuitive to what she's there to do! And it wasn't just her - it was both of them. SO - if you want an extremely thorough cleaner and have the time / patience to deal with someone unreliable, then go for it. I myself have hired someone else some months and other months just do it myself. (Yeah - I scrub my house down once a month. Don't judge, people). ;) read more

I had this company come in to do a cleaning on my place and they were awesome! They even vacuumed out the vent fan in the bathroom (which REALLY needed it). The owner was one of our cleaning crew and she is curt and easily offended, so don't take it personally. She is good at heart when you dig down into things. She even recognized the magickal elements in my home (I'm a shaman and so I have wards and altars set up) and treated them with respect. She even rearranged my front hall so that it worked better and was more attractive and placed my broom (a protection for the house) in a place of prominence, rather than off to the side where I had it hidden. She takes pride in her work and does an excellent job. I will hire them again and just recommended them to another friend today. You won't regret working with them! read more

Would love to review their services but for that, I need something to review!!! Unfortunately, they never showed up to their appointment they took to clean our house. They texted us saying they will be 1 hour late to then tell us that they will be another 3 hours late... Due to the urgency of our situation ( we had out of the country guest arriving) we had to cancel them and do all of it by our self! The sad thing is that they guaranteed us they would be available as I would have picked another service having known.
