I set up a deep clean well in advance. They told me they'd come at 4, I said earlier was better, they said they'd come at 2. Day of, they say they're coming at 4. Fine, I had an event at 630 so they needed to be out by 6. I told them I didn't know if a deep clean would be possible. Well, they took my deep clean money ($300 with tip) and did NOT do a deep clean job. So many of the things they said they'd do, they didn't do. They were 30 min past 4 so only cleaned for 1.5 hours. So much dust left everywhere, notable dirt left in places that should have been swept, many surfaces left uncleaned, lots of implements in the bathroom not cleaned at all. Didn't wipe down the sink or its cabinets. Found stuff shoved under a rug in my living room/pushed under my sink. Just not at all "deep clean" quality. I should have refused to pay full price but I felt bad. Either way, would not recommend this group, their work is shoddy/inconsistent at best. read more

An unprofessional who forgets her appointments. I had a deep cleaning appointment scheduled two weeks in advance but on the day of cleaning they dont show up. Repeated calls and messages go answered. The cleaning was not superficial, but rather got years of accumulated grime and hidden mess. One person moved the fridge and spent 15+ minutes cleaning out behind it. Another took down the vent filters about the stove and thoroughly cleaned them out. Although Silvana's quoted price was the highest, I'm very happy with the job. Silvana and her crew were excellent. They came to clean our apartment after we moved out. They showed up on time, masked and were ready to get to work. They quickly brought up all the supplies they'd need, and had me show them what needed to be done. They asked questions about certain items to ensure they didn't do any unnecessary work (some appliances were being replaced). They worked very quickly and it took much less time than expected. I think the whole 900 sqft apartment was cleaned within 2hrs. When they were finished they called me so I could come back and check their work. Everything was spotless, every corner was dusted, blinds cleaned, fan blades wiped down - it was a very thorough cleaning. Silvana was really responsive and quick to schedule an appointment for a deep clean of our apartment, which eventually came out to $240 before tip. She and her team arrived right on time and were respectful about wearing masks, taking off snowy shoes, etc. I carefully told Silvana what we wanted done--the oven, baseboards, and blinds, which had a thick layer of grime left by the previous tenants, in addition to the standard stuff of polishing up the bathroom, mopping and sweeping the floors, and vacuuming a couple rugs in our 800 square foot apartment. After 2 hours, Silvana called to say they were done; we came home and settled up. They did a very thorough job on our oven, a decent job cleaning off the baseboards, but seemingly barely touched the blinds (the only way we know they touched them at all is that one of them is now slightly cracked). We have had to do the blinds ourselves, and have realized each window takes about 30 minutes; there are 9 windows in our place, clearly not doable in just 2 hours. In the end, this was pretty steep for what we actually got: a basic clean, plus the oven, not anywhere close to the "deep clean" we had asked for. read more

Overall disappointed. Requested a deep cleaning for my 2bed/2bath apartment. It seemed very rushed and the job wasn't finished. Tried to walk the team of 3 through the house when they came to show specific things I wanted done and was brushed off. They missed several things that were described as part of the estimate including windows, light fixtures, and several things in the kitchen. They did come back to fix a few things in the kitchen after I called to express my disappointment so at least there's that. They also forgot to clean the inside of the fridge (an extra $30 charge) which was not a big deal, but I had to fight to get the full $30 back (they tried paying back only $20 at first). A more assertive person would have asked for the original tip back too. I wouldn't count this as a thorough or deep cleaning at all. All this experience did was add frustration and stress to my day. Pro: Quick response and flexible friendly cleaning team Arrived on time. Cons: Wont clean dust on wall Closet shelves were left dusty. I paid extra $20 for oven and it was left with oil and dirt. They give up easily on anything needs to be cleaned a bit hard. My floors have a bit paint that I can easily remove by scrubbing with my nails, but they were only willing to mop and told me it can't be removed. tl;dr: cleaning was decent, but if there are issues, expect that you will have to be the proactive party, because in our experience they will not recognize issues they caused, nor bring them up before you ask about them. The cleaning was decent, and we liked that they work as a team to cover a lot quickly. We will not be using their services again because: 1) They failed to show up the first day that we scheduled. We texted after they were already 15 minutes late to ask where they were, and they called back 53 minutes after the scheduled arrival time saying they accidentally cancelled my appointment instead of another in their own calendar, and asked to reschedule. We scheduled for the next day, hoping this was a rare mistake. 2) After the cleaning, we discovered after they left that they had cranked the thermostat to over 90F. Since we had opened the windows, and they had closed them by the end of the cleaning, I assume they wanted the heat because they were cold, which is fine. However, by not setting it to a reasonable temperature (under 80F), nor telling my boyfriend about the change, it was quite hot later. When my boyfriend asked about it later, it was explained as probably another accident--probably carelessly changed while wiping it down. 3) They knocked over two of our houseplants, breaking many branches while losing a lot of the potting soil and damaging the roots. They didn't say anything about it at the end when my boyfriend went to pay. 4) When we confronted them about 2) and 3) above, their first reaction was to deny, which really does not engender trust. Then, it was explained that the thing which was knocked over only had sand, no plants, which was not true, but inconsistent with saying nothing and initially denying anything happened. There wasn't much we were expecting to them to do besides promising to be more attentive in the future, and to be more forthcoming with accidents. Though Silvana sounded genuinely sorry to hear about the issues, her first instinct was still to downplay, and that is concerning. Meanwhile, I'm spending more of my time repotting my plants than I would have spent cleaning the living room that they were in. The cleaning quality was decent, but not enough to make up for the poor service described above. Every issue was explained as an accident, but at a certain point, it becomes improbable that everything was unavoidable and all should be easily forgiven. read more

Very affordable cleaning rate; hired for a second cleaning and unfortunately they did not mop the hardwood floors even though I provided a mop and bucket and cleaning solution and requested it before leaving. They also do not clean walls which is too bad as it is what we need from time to time which is why I will be using another service in the future.
