I am so happy that I chose KG Home Services for my move out cleaning! It was easy to schedule and my cleaner Lorena arrived on time. She did an amazing job and was very thorough, going above and beyond in getting my apartment cleaner than the day I moved in! The price I paid was more than reasonable, especially for the amount of work she did. I recommend KG Home Services very highly! read more

Always great and accommodating. Always a good cleaning! Very well at communicating and easy to schedule.

I had a most wonderful cleaning from this crew. They showed up on time and did excellent work. They even folded my towels in an artistic fashion like how they do in hotels and cruise ships! The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. I would hire them again for sure. read more

I've booked cleanings with KG Home Services around 10 times now, and every single experience has been amazing. We've had Renata and her team clean our home each time, and she is truly hands down INCREDIBLE. Scheduling is always quick and easy with Kelly and she is so responsive. I genuinely look forward to cleaning days--my home always smells and feels so fresh afterward. As a new mom, having their help has been such a gift. They cleaned our home before I was pregnant, through pregnancy when things became more difficult, and during the newborn trenches when it truly felt like a treat. Now, as a mom to a 10-month-old, deep cleaning can be tough, so I will absolutely continue using their services like I have since 2024. Their prices have always been very fair and reasonable, and the quality is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough--don't hesitate to book with them! read more

Renata has been my cleaner for a few months now and she's amazing! She is respectable, dependable and meticulous. I pay $140/month for a two bed one bath and I personally think it's totally worth the money. I went back and forth for a year on getting a cleaner and I'm extremely happy with the service. read more

Kelly and her team accommodated me on a short (same day) notice for a deep cleaning of my moms apartment in Brighton. Communication was smooth. Cleaning went well and the fee was very reasonable. I plan to work with the same crew going forward for periodic cleaning of my mom's place. read more

1st time using KG Home Services but definitely won't be my last! Great service from start to finish. Customer service was excellent...response time was fast and quote for a move out/move in cleaning service was fair/reasonable. KG did an amazing job with my condo after the tenants moved out making sure the windows, fridge, oven, and shower were all spotless. They were even able to lift an oil stain from a cabinet that i thought would be permanent. Extremely satisfied! read more

I put a project request in on yelp for a move out clean, got a response instantly. Company had great communication and super friendly. Highly recommend for move out cleaning and might use them again for just regular household cleaning. My apartment looks brand new after they were done with it and well worth the price. read more

I hired KG Home Services to do a deep cleaning of my apartment. The results were more than I could ever have imagined. And trust me, I gave them quite the challenge. Everything turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Setting up a day to clean was very easy and communication about when the cleaners would arrive was fantastic. That was especially helpful. read more

I am over the top thrilled with the service I received today. They are so thorough and so kind and have great attitudes. I will certainly be using this company again plus, I'll let my friends know about them. I like referring people that do a good job. read more

I hired this cleaning company twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The job felt lazy! The baseboards were ignored, dusting was minimal, and they didn't vacuum under the couch. They also clogged the toilet and didn't bring basic supplies like paper towels. Most frustratingly, they broke a light fixture and refused to take responsibility. Their response was dismissive and incorrect, insisting it "wasn't broken" but just "needed to be reattached"--despite it clearly being damaged. I received a refund for the second visit, which I had to use to replace the light fixture. Would not recommend (unless you want a huge headache and to clean right after their visit). Update to review following response: Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my review was not written out of malice, but simply to share my experience as a paying customer. I understand that running a small business is difficult, and I respect the work that goes into it. That said, I was genuinely disappointed by both visits. I did not feel the cleanings reflected the quality advertised. To be completely honest, I didn't follow up with you further because I wanted nothing more to do with your company. Posting a review isn't something I take lightly, but I relied on reviews when choosing your service, and I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. read more

We just had the best experience with KG home services! My husband and I are expecting a new baby in the next couple weeks, and regular cleaning of the house has really gotten on top of us as we've really focused our energy on the nursery. We hired KG for a deep clean and from the first communication I was impressed. Everything was so easy to book via text, they were very quick in response, and remained communicative over the week leading up to our deep clean. A crew of 3 came to clean and they were so friendly and thorough. We are SO impressed and happy we finally went through with booking. The price was also incredibly fair. The house is glowing and we are ready to welcome our new baby in a dust and dirt free home! 10/10 recommend and will definitely book KG again in the future. Thank you so much! read more

This business just gets it. From my initial request via yelp, I was contacted immediately and Kelly was articulate and so helpful. You can tell my requests are well understood and a highly competent person is responding and looking for ways to help. Scheduling was so easy, they happened to have an opening same day and they proactively communicated on their arrival time. The cleaning was done really well, 5 stars with great customer service to boot! I HIGHLY recommend this business and will use them again in the future. read more

They were easy to schedule the appointment with, the cleaner came on time, and she did a thorough cleaning.

Please be aware that this "pro" sent me a detailed list of what was included in a deep clean as opposed to a regular clean and when I selected the deep clean she did not provide it. I will post many pictures and videos to show what I mean. The deep clean was to include mopping all floors and spot cleaning the walls. We are preparing to have work done on this, my mom's, home and we wanted the walls spot cleaned so the painting contractor could prep anything that could not be spot cleaned when he prepped to paint the bedrooms. The other rooms were painted recently and need only spot cleaning. We also asked to have the floors washed. Some floors are sealed wood and some laminate. Both can be washed with the correct cleaner and mop and I assumed that a professional cleaning service would have the correct equipment and supplies. They did not. Some floors were not washed and others were poorly done. There is very little furniture in the rooms that I asked to have cleaned and none of that furniture was moved as the list of what is included in a deep cleaning indicates it would be. When I told the owner, I need the items on the list she provided on a deep cleaning to be done, she said my walls should be paint. They refused to spot clean even the rooms with newer paint. She told me to pay the cleaners and they are leaving. I said I would not pay for the job in full as it was not completed. I would pay a portion. The owner as you can see in the photos then stated the crew wouldn't leave without full payment and she said she would call the police. Calling the police would be fine as I paid slightly more than 50% of the agreed price and my best estimate is they did about 25% of what I hired them to do. What they did, I could have done in a morning alone if I did not have a broken wrist. Additional calling the police would have been fine as she threatened to have the cleaners remain in my home until I paid the price for the deep clean that I did not receive. Police would have prevented that, but it was unnecessary. I gave the lead cleaner cash as requested as the owner wanted communication and payment to occur off the app I found her on. When I paid the cleaner, she showed me her phone with the full price in text. I said no and asked her to leave. To be fair, neither cleaner spoke any English and used a translator app for the minimum conversation we had. I am not sure how much they understood the conflict. The cleaners left when I asked. The owner followed up with texts to which I responded with photos and videos of me doing the spot cleaning I had requested as evidence that it could be done easily and quickly and it does make a difference. I believe the cleaners were sent for a regular house clean and not equipped or scheduled appropriately for a deep clean. I believe the owner gives a lowball price and does minimal work so she can get to the next gig and collect money. She continued to say I was disrespectful to her by asking her to do what she sent in writing she would do. Please see the photos of how simple it would have been for the cleaners to do the cleaning as agreed upon and receive full payment plus a gratuity as would be my expectation. Beware of the low price, big promise, minimal deliver scam. read more

I've recently been in a desperate need of a deep cleaning at my place (1 bed / 1 bath) after finally accepting that I will never get to it myself. KT cleaners transformed our very messy apartment into an oasis. They were incredibly thorough and could not have done a better job, leaving no stone unturned. Additionally, they did some light organizing that was clever and space-efficient for a cramped 1br. Excellent value! We are very happy with this service. Keep up the good work! They were also kind, so bonus points there! read more

Although I ultimately didn't use KG Home Services, I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. When my original cleaning appointment with another provider fell through, they immediately scheduled me in and sent a clear outline of what to expect on cleaning day, along with a very reasonable quote. In the end, I chose to go with a more affordable option offered through my apartment building, but Kelly was extremely courteous and understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on this experience! read more

Overall summary: From observation, Paulo is a true professional who takes his craft very seriously, and his customers even more. He finishes the work in impressive time, but not cutting corners. He does not cheat his customers. English is definitely his second language, so their may be some language barrier, but he will get his point across to communicate was is needed. If you believe he may miss something, he is humble in his responses and make sure you are satisfied. Service experience: I worked with Paulo for 2 services. First service request was to paint a primary Bedroom, 2 baths, and 1 laundry room (ceilings, walls, trim). He arrived with a young helper and prepped the primary bedroom which had expose beam ceilings. He primed it with oil based paint the first day, then returned to finish with coats. He did a spectacular job with the ceiling, even though it was challenging with the wood grain. He left now spots unpainted. He returned the third day and finished all the walls and other rooms, staying longer to complete the job. It was impressive how effective and efficient he managed the job. This only comes with a very long experience in painting. Since Paulo completed the first service request with such professionalism, I requested for Paulo to paint my kitchen cabinets. He removed all the cabinet doors and hardware on the doors and started prepping the area. All surfaces were well prepped for primer, and non painting surfaces were well covered. Within 3 days, I came home to a new looking kitchen. read more

Not only did they respond to my request super quickly, they did such an incredible job during the cleaning! Truly. It was so nice to come home to a clean space. They also alerted me RIGHT away that one of my items had broken (completely and totally okay Becuase our place is so clutters) and I really appreciated that so much. I would 100% recommend their services to ANYBODY. they're still a small business so please please support them. They did such a wonderful job and I couldn't possibly be happier. I believe my cleaning was lead by Fabiana, and she was so nice. My cat immediately befriended them :) read more

Kamilly did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my one bedroom apartment. She cleaned every exposed surface, the blinds, window panes, floor, kitchen tiles, stove, the bathroom, and everything else I can see around me. She was very very thorough with her work and made everything spotlessly clean. I would especially mention my kitchen floor which had gathered a lot of grime over the years and I had a very hard time cleaning it properly. After Kamilly's work, it is perfectly clean and shiny now. Scheduling the service with Kelly was also very smooth and everyone is super friendly and efficient. Highly highly recommended!!! read more
