Excellent services! Easy to communicate, book, and pay. Cleaners were professional and did great work and were super efficient. Price was very affordable and well worth the service. Would recommend and use again. read more

Premium Quality Cleaning is an outstanding cleaning service! I have used them for several years to clean my home on a regular schedule, and they are stellar! They are thorough, prompt, professional, and polite. Their prices are reasonable, and they have excellent availability and flexibility. They are also pet-friendly and very sweet to my dogs. They are also a big help with organization and decluttering. Thank you so much, PQ! read more

Great cleaning, they arrived on time and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom shower is now so clean and white. The two girls were here for two hours. read more

We continue to use PQ Cleaning & Organizing for weekly house cleaning. We trust and like them. They do great cleaning and save us tons of time and effort. They truly know what they're doing and do a better job than what we do ourselves in a faster amount of time! Sometimes, the people who come do extra tasks if they have time. They always clean the floors, bathrooms, dust and wipe down surfaces. If they have time, they'll vacuum the couch, clean the fridge or oven, or other things. They do such a good job - way more thorough and efficient than what we would do ourselves. Communicating with the owner is easy. We usually text, but will occasionally call. Notes are taken in our profile so our preferences are recorded for anyone who comes. Billing is automatic from our credit card, and I am emailed a receipt. Their prices rarely change. In fact, our price was kept the same for years. I spoke with the owner and she admitted that the price for our house would be over double what we were paying! We agreed that she should increase our rates; however, it was clear that all of us value one another. I value PQ Cleaning and they value us and our regular business! read more

I've been using them for about 1-2 years for a few of my properties and they do amazing work. Highly recommend. Dinora is amazing!

We have used them once a month for some relatively heavy duty cleaning for our kitchen and bathrooms. They do an excellent job,

Such an amazing company and amazing team! In 2 hours they did my whole house a deep cleaning and I couldn't be more happier . I definitely recommend them 100% read more

Punctual but lacking detail-oriented cleaning for a 2 hour 2 person cleaning. I requested a move out cleaning and asked to have it move in ready for the next tenants but I had to clean bathroom walls and vacuum behind areas like the refrigerator and beverage fridge after they left. On the plus side they did a good job cleaning the oven and inside the fridge! read more

We hired this company because of all the amazing reviews/before and after pictures. Even paid the extra travel fee. Hired to deep clean only the kitchen and 2 bathrooms and extra fee for the inside of the kitchen cabinets, so because it was a deep clean I was expecting a thorough clean of these 3 rooms. They stayed longer so it cost additional as well. When I went to the house afterwards the walls were not touched and the kitchen drawers as well. They did do a good job on the tub, oven and outside of cabinets given the condition they were in prior. read more

I couldn't be happier. In the midst of multiple family traumas that kept zapping the life out of the husband and me, the house cleaning got away from us. Seriously, I'm pretty sure I caught the cats wiping Craig's List apartment listings from our desktop computer's browsing history. So, I scheduled a "deep clean" appointment with PQ. Their responsiveness was timely and informative. Their prices seemed perfectly reasonable (2 cleaners for $90/hr.), assuming they delivered. And they did. The two young women PQ sent in were kind and interested and listened carefully to instructions. Then they cleaned our home like twin hurricanes that actually DID care about minimizing any carnage left in their wake. Once they were gone, the husband and I walked around our super-clean home for a bit. Then I pulled up the PQ scheduling system on my phone and booked them for ongoing biweekly cleaning. No end date listed. read more

Amazing work, I am a landlord and I had my 815 sq ft condo cleaned prior to having tenants move in. They sent 2 cleaners, who were both very professional and careful. They asked me what specific items require special attention, and I pointed out the oven and the refrigerator. By the time they were done, everything was spotless! The price is also very competitive compared to several other cleaning companies. By far one of the best cleaning companies I've hired, and will continue to hire them for future cleaning jobs. read more

Absolutely stellar job by the team they went above and beyond and stayed extra time made sure everything was sparkling clean! It was such a relief to have my home cleaned when I didn't have the time and they cleaned it way better than I ever could have! I've tried hard for years to get my shower to shine to no avail and the team got it so clean and shiny! They were super professional and I appreciate all the extra work they did! I highly recommend this business I look forward to having them back again! Thank you again! read more

Arrived right on time, and after two hours, all the problem areas in my apartment were cleaned. Especially the bathroom and kitchen. Since I cook Indian food, there were lots of splatter marks around the oven. All of these were gone. There was even a toaster in the kitchen that I was thinking of dumping because of the grime around it. That looked as good as new. read more

We just had our first cleaning and have booked them as a permanent gig. They did an amazing job, above and beyond. Things are literacy sparkling! I would highly recommend. read more

Oh boy did this team have their work cut out for them! We moved into our house three years ago and while we should have done a deep clean right when we moved in, we did not. The place was dusty as could be. Didn't look like the floors had been mopped since the house was built back in the 60's. And of course I hesitated booking an appointment to have someone come clean because I think many of us fall into the trap of feeling we have to clean before the cleaning crew shows up. The PQ team came in and tackled this job with ease! Mopped floors, dusted like champs, and best of all, cleaned out the 50 years of collected crud that you always see collecting in the window sills! I had already gone ahead and signed up for bi-weekly visits when booking but I am so, so eager for their next visit in two weekends! I am a big, big fan of the work they did!! read more

Now that's amazing service! Not only does @cleaninginboston do an amazingly thorough job helping us keep the usual surfaces clean at Rx, they take care of our equipment too! If you need help keeping your place clean, especially since it's a really big deal now, you're not going to find a better crew to keep everything shiny (side note: we used to use @cintas_corp for faculty services - THEY ARE THE WORST by comparison!) read more

needed a cleaning after tenants moved out, found this company via Yelp and all their great reviews. Glad I reached out to them, reasonable rates and did a great job. Initially booked a 2 hr cleaning, but after seeing the condition of the place, was able to adjust to 4 hrs just a couple days before the actual cleaning. Both cleaners provided were professional, and they gave me a 30 min notice before arriving as I requested, so that i could meet them. All in all, would hire again in the future read more

Used this company twice now and they did an excellent job. I especially loved Flor & Miriam. I was impressed that they were able to get everything on my list done in two hours (& much better than I could have done) and were proud to show off their work and make sure I was happy! read more

I booked a deep clean service twice. The first time was better than the 2nd. The first time one of the cleaners broke a curtain rod however I was reimbursed. The second time, the attention to detail wasnt there. For the money I paid I'm sure I can find some place better. read more

They barely cleaned & did not do a deep clean as I asked for! They didn't even clean the items I asked to be cleaned. They seemed like they were on a 2 hour schedule & kept to that but left things not cleaned! I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication with the owner or perhaps a language barrier. I did complain to her & she reduced the cost stating that I didn't agree to the time needed which wasn't the truth. Hence the language barrier. I had to go with my sisters & clean house all over again for my elderly mom. While reasonably priced I would not recommend this cleaning service. read more

Honestly the best cleaning service we've used. They do fantastic work, the cleaners are kind, efficient, and skilled, and they're a delight to work with. They're flexible to help with what we need at the time whether it's bathrooms and kitchen or dealing with the pile of pandemic depression laundry that hasn't been folded in two months. Honestly changed our lives to have a little help and we appreciate them so much. Highly recommended! read more

Really good service! I will definitely recommend and book the service again. The apartment looks quite clean!

This team is absolutely amazing! They work magic and are so accomadating. I am never disappointed after their visit and they are always going above and beyond. I live 40 minutes away and I wouldn't use anyone else! read more

Do not use these people! The cleaners are untrustworthy! Very important things have gone missing after they leave including baby books, and money, and for some reason all clocks have been changed to different times. I know the clock issue isn't a big deal but I still just ask... Why?? It's the missing money and the sentimental missing items that matter to me. I will add the missing money was from my 6 year old son's wallet. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! read more

The two ladies that came to our apartment today were lovely. They did a fantastic job and my house is sparkling and neat. I can't write this review fast enough and say enough nice things about the job they did. Thank you ladies!! I am so relieved and thankful to have my house so clean!! I booked a 2 hour cleaning. I needed it last minute, they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you for being so accommodating and being my heroes this week. read more

Great service and up-front communications on what they will be cleaning, cost, how they'll be cleaning, etc...I was impressed! The cleaners did a great job with my move-in cleaning. They are the best team if you want your house clean on time without any hassle. They are always on time and do through cleaning.

I found this cleaning service by a few different google searches. After reading the reviews I made the decision to book a cleaning with PQ. After the 2st cleaning, I subscribed to their service every 3 weeks! We're so glad we did and will continue to use them as our cleaning service. Thanks for the amazing work each and every time! read more

I can't say enough good things about PQ Cleaning and Organizing. Hector is super responsive around scheduling needs, they arrive right on time, cleaning team is pleasant and very efficient, and our home is sparkling in just a couple of short hours. I have been using PQ Cleaning and Organizing for a few months now. They are amazing cleaners and "put awayers" - I'll be sure to post photos next time. I love how flexible they are with timing and how punctual and efficient they are. I also appreciate that they never overcharge me if they finish early. Which is very appreciated. Additionally - they go above and beyond to leave the whole apartment in a fantastic state - from optimizing how your kitchen is organized to scrubbing and dusting even the hard to reach places (I have high ceilings). I recommend using them! They're also very friendly and wonderful professionals!! read more

I've used P&Q cleaning for around 5 years and have been really happy with them. The whole team, but especially Cosmina and Lucy are a delight to deal with. I've used them to clean multiple homes as well as helping me unpack and organize after a move. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone. read more

I wrote them on a Saturday morning after discovering that I would not have the stamina to reorganize and clean my kitchen myself. I had pulled out all of the contents of my cabinets, made a giant mess, and then turned to yelp. Cosmina wrote me back within an hour or so and was able to fit me in that afternoon. In no time at all, she reorganized our kitchen in a way that made amazing sense (after a brief consultation with us on how we used the space) and also cleaned a bit even though it was unrequested. She is a hard and fast worker, thorough and takes great pride in her work. And when she was done, I asked if she could stay and do the bathroom and she was more than happy to help. Will absolutely use her again. And recommend you do too. read more

The two ladies who came this morning for a 3 hr deep cleaning did a phenomenal job! We just moved into a college apartment, and the place was quite a mess. All surfaces (floors, countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, bathroom) needed a good scrub. They completed the list I gave them and got every little crevice. They were exactly on time and completed quite a lot of work in the 3 hr window. They satisfied a perfectionist--not an easy feat! I can't recommend this service enough. read more

The two ladies who came in the morning for a cleaning and did a phenomenal job!

We hired PQ Cleaning to deep clean our new home before moving in, and we were very pleased with the service. First, PQ was the only service available to come on a Saturday out of five companies I called for a quote. The process of setting the time/date was quick and easy and communication was great. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time and finished the job in the time estimated. They were extremely thorough and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for move-in/move-out cleaning. read more
