She agreed to reschedule me in a short notice. On the date of our appointment, they arrive early with 3 personnel and effectively finished the job in about two hours. I'm particularly impressed with the thoroughness of their cleaning in the bathrooms, oven/stove, refrigerator and stairway steps. Wow. How should I start? Yannis and her team is the best cleaning team I ever work with. For starter, they are responsive, asked me to filled in a detailed form, the quote includes everything they will work on. At first sight, it looks pricier than other vendors, but then there is also no hidden fees. So you got exactly what you want. On the day of cleaning, they were punctual, came right at the time we scheduled. I had no time wasted so I love punctual vendors. I was able to leave my home to them and work on something else. As for the cleaning - what can I say? It's EXCELLENT! I opted for "Deep Cleaning" which includes cleaning all cabinets, appliances, windows and blinds. They are spotless after the clean! For a move-in cleaning of a 2bed/2bath condo of 1150 sq ft they finished in about an hour and a half, but everything was spotless. Annis and her team breathed life back into our newly purchased home. She came on time and delivered perfection. The previous owners didn't clean up at all before they left, and the house was in a dusty, dirty state. While touring the house, our realtor said we'd have to get the bathtub redone because it was so dirty and looked chipped. I used this company to clean an apartment before I moved in because they gave a competitive flat quote and had good reviews. Annis showed up on time (wearing a mask for covid) and after realizing how much dust had settled on various surfaces, she ran back to her van to grab more supplies. Her cleaning took maybe 30 mins longer than anticipated because she was doing a thorough job. She carefully cleaned dusty hanging light fixtures and on top of dirty window frames. She also pulled out slide-in drawers from under a queen bed frame and cleaned inside the drawer itself and under the frame.
