Super fast to respond, totally professional, and upfront with pricing, and very thorough with their cleaning of an apartment from top to bottom. This included deep cleaning of a very messy stove and refrigerator. No complaints. Happy to recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a professional cleaner both one time or ongoing.

While I was getting treatments and not feeling well, Celma came to my home twice to do a deep clean. She really took the burden of cleaning my home off my shoulders, and did it with a smile. We had hired Clean Co Cleaning Solutions initially because my mother was going through radiation…read morefor cancer and Clean Co worked with the oncology center to get them a complimentary cleaning. The people that came were wonderful, especially Kellsie, and my parents immediately took to them. They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's. Later that same day, we received a beautiful Edible Arrangement from Clean Co with a sympathy card attached. Our entire experience with them went beyond customer service. Their work was exactly what they promised, exactly what was needed, their bedside manner was perfect for my parents, their warm conversation was as welcomed as their efforts to keep the place in good condition, and their generosity and thoughtfulness is not something we will soon forget. If you are in need of cleaning services, please reach out to them. The next time we need someone, no search will be required. There are wonderful people throughout the company and we were lucky to have been put in touch with such a great organization.

Displeased with the quality of service, fees and business acumen…read more.. For a 2 BR/2bath apartment ~1100 sq feet, rate was $190 For once monthly cleaning. I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.

I want to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to Luciana and her angels for coming in and helping my daughter…read moreclean her home from top to bottom. They did such a fantastic job. It was astonishing. My daughter has two little ones under the age of two; she and her husband both work full-time jobs and have a lot on their plate. So housecleaning can be challenging, to say the least, with two little ones and a dog and full-time jobs. So when we found Luciana and her dream team, she and her team were a godsend; they did a deep cleaning. It looked sparklingly clean when they were completely done, it looked like a brand new home. Her team ( Angels), as I like to call them, are so polite, professional, and hard-working, honestly hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Luciana and her dream team. Thank you again, Luciana and her angels!!!
