Amazing work! We had a 7-year-old white couch on which there were water and wine stains. Mark was very responsive via email with all my questions. He was about 20 minutes late for his scheduled time, but emailed with enough advance notice to let me know--and then finished before he said he was going to finish. And the couch is spotless. Honestly, when he left, you could still see the red wine stain. He told me that he had put a treatment on it that took some time to work, but that the wine would be gone in a day or two. I found Mark on yelp. Every review was excellent and I now know why! I called him for a quote to clean many windows, 3 rooms of carpeting and a chair. He called me back quickly and emailed me a quote the next day. The day he came to do the work he was on time, friendly, professional, and worked until the job was done. We used Rowe services this week to clean our sofa, carpets and area rug. Originally we hired Mark just to do the couch but I am so glad my husband convinced me to get carpet and rug done. Mark was able to get stains out that I never thought possible. Also all his products are green so I was not concerned about my baby coming in the house once he was done. Our carpets are like new! 12 years of dog accidents are finally gone. We are so thrilled with the work Mark did. He uses a machine that pumps 500 pounds of steam pressure into the carpets and you can tell... This is no Bissel from Bed Bath and Beyond. Pricing is very fair for the quality of work.
