Well, they took my deep clean money ($300 with tip) and did NOT do a deep clean job. So many of the things they said they'd do, they didn't do. They were 30 min past 4 so only cleaned for 1.5 hours. So much dust left everywhere, notable dirt left in places that should have been swept, many surfaces left uncleaned, lots of implements in the bathroom not cleaned at all. Didn't wipe down the sink or its cabinets. Found stuff shoved under a rug in my living room/pushed under my sink. Just not at all "deep clean" quality. I should have refused to pay full price but I felt bad. Either way, would not recommend this group, their work is shoddy/inconsistent at best.

Stef cleans methods are the same as what I would do, if I was doing it myself. She takes her time and gets the job done right the first time. Over the years, I have had many different cleaners from different cleaning companies, however, Stef does not even rate near the others, she gets an A+ in my eyes. If I have a special request, dust under the bureaus as you can see the dust from the other side of the room, I have never seen dust again.
