I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing! This has been on my to-do list for over a month. What a relief--and a pleasure--to check it off and feel this satisfied. Gooo Nick!!

The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

We had hired Clean Co Cleaning Solutions initially because my mother was going through radiation…read morefor cancer and Clean Co worked with the oncology center to get them a complimentary cleaning. The people that came were wonderful, especially Kellsie, and my parents immediately took to them. They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's. Later that same day, we received a beautiful Edible Arrangement from Clean Co with a sympathy card attached. Our entire experience with them went beyond customer service. Their work was exactly what they promised, exactly what was needed, their bedside manner was perfect for my parents, their warm conversation was as welcomed as their efforts to keep the place in good condition, and their generosity and thoughtfulness is not something we will soon forget. If you are in need of cleaning services, please reach out to them. The next time we need someone, no search will be required.
