They arrived early, were super professional, explained everything they were going to be doing, confirmed the ballpark figure given over the phone would be the same price after arriving on site, and did a fantastic job. Jefry has A+++ service, always has. I was delighted to hear he purchased the vent and carpet cleaning portions of the Soil-Away business because he has always done an amazing job for us. He comes twice a year for our carpets. We have had aging dogs and puppies who have had a lot of accidents and all of that evidence is one when he leaves. He is courteous, professional and communicative and just an overall great family man with high standards. He lets you know when he's on his way. Before beginning a job, he will take measurements or count ducts and make sure that he is providing an education quote in advance that you agree with. If he finds a surprise, he continues to consult. He makes sure I am satisfied and smiling before leaving (and I always am). When it comes to the vent cleaning, it was overall one of the most satisfying experiences I never expected. I had them cleaned before installing a new heating system and while I wasn't excited about having to get it done initially, after being consulted and shown how occluded my duct was from decades of hair and dust and dirt, I was just thankful to pay and I swear that I breathe better and sneeze less. READ this review - eye opener. He said he had experience removing mouse/rodent odors, would remove the seats, carpet which would be fully immersed in a barrel to soak through and remove all odor. In getting it back, the smell was there. He claimed to have used enzyme cleaning: 1. A used Big D odor control fogger can which was not identified as enzyme spray on the rear floor. The spray is not enzyme, it is for general cleaning/ Light smoke odors/cherry odor $17.56 on internet. I guess this didn't work. 2. I took it to someone else who asked if I used baking soda on my carpet; I said yes. It was pointed out that the carpet was never washed: baking soda dissolved when in contact with liquids. It was dry, still as I scattered on the carpet in front of the front floor heat, under driver and passenger seats. The carpet was never removed nor washed. 3. The seats were never removed nor washed either as promised. 4. His $700 "job" was so extensive, he said it would take a little longer than a day, and the cost would be $1000 and he was sure he could take care of the odor. 5. He couldn't do anything about the vent system. I only expected seats and carpet would be removed and enzyme washed. Neither occurred. I had already paid the $1000 - no apology, just a call to come pick up the truck. Promises promises. It's only fair seeing he deliberately knew he didn't do any work but one or more general light duty canisters tossed in, he knew he was dishonest, the truck was supposedly better.. Very satisfied with their service. I asked for a duct cleaning service and their came the next day morning. It has been at least five years since last cleaning, so it is hard to do the job. They cleaned the vent and helped me hooked up the dryer. At last their cleaned the whole area. Definitely recommend and will try the carpet cleaning service next time. read more
