Jake was prompt, friendly, and very neat, even putting on shoe covers when he was inside. He explained all of the steps in cleaning, why the mold developed and how best to stay on top of keeping our units clean and efficient with, in our case, annual cleanings. He was very helpful, explaining the steps as he went along but he was continually doing very physical work, up and down our stairs and handling some heavy items with ease. It took 5 hours for him to clean our nasty units, but he was alone today instead of with a parter. Jake was careful with our personal items and left our place better than he found it, now with spanking clean units. I own a private school with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers attending, so naturally we do a lot of laundry. When my usual dryer vent cleaner was no longer available, I went looking for someone to not only clean the dryer vent, but solve a problem that we had with the dryer vent. The vent was not installed correctly and it was prone to quickly clog with lint. Most places I called only answered with a voice mail, but when I called C&S Air Duct Cleaning, Mitch answered the phone.
