Anne was dedicated to the sale of our home, Liz was dedicated to the purchase of our new home and Kristine assisted in the office coordinating all communications and made sure nothing was missed. They offered staging advice which was very helpful. They gave us insight as to what needed to be done, which we did, which allowed for a very quick sale. In addition, they hired an amazing professional photographer and put a sign on our for sale sign that gave our home its own website. We were under contract 2 days after listing with a formal back up offer too! As if selling a home isn't stressful enough, the day our home went under contract, we also found our dream home which we went under contract with too! When we first met with the Cianchette Group, we were simply wanting to know what they could offer and were simply blown away by their knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

Colin took us to many homes that we had requested and gave valuable feedback to us when we needed another opinion on the pros and cons of the area. Once we submitted our offer and it was accepted, Colin helped us along the way to ensure we closed on time. While it was a difficult for most of the process due to the title company the seller suggested we used, Colin was a great sounding board and ran interference for us where needed. Since we had to complete our closing overseas, he met us when we arrived to collect the keys and to make sure we were happy. We can't thank Colin enough for all that he did to find us our perfect home away from home.

Unfortunately, I am under no…read moreauthority to grant this award other than the fantastic experience we had buying our Maine home with Jennifer. We moved here from Indiana and had really high expectations for what we wanted in our Maine home. Jennifer doesn't just listen, she infers, asks probing questions, and works hard to get to know her clients in order to supply them with the best service. Ultimately, we ended up buying our house sight unseen, so she and her colleagues worked exponentially harder to make sure we were going to be ok - bringing in every inspector and specialist so that our home would be ready for us when we arrived. The day we were driving into Maine, Jen called to tell us there was a leak that was threatening to ruin our hardwood floors. She was there right away (we had already closed mind you) and called on experts to come in and ameliorate the problem. Thanks to her quick actions, no significant damage was done. I could go on and on about how Jennifer regularly goes above and beyond. It's just her nature! Shout out to Sarah Singer, Phyllis, and Ellen who each played an important supporting role in getting this house for us. We are beyond delighted and recommend Jennifer and Portside to anyone!!

Greg was pleasant to work with and responded quickly, however the quality we received was far from professional grade. I was invoiced and told the job was completed. When I got home I found cracks and voids on more than one inside corner, proud and sunken screw holes, and joint mesh exposed and not feathered out. They sent someone to fix it and again said everything was all set. I found more proud screw holes and more exposed mesh. They came back again and seemed like they did everything so I paid in full. My first coat of paint exposed tons of "fish eyes ", small round voids in all the joints. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this company.
