She was rude, immediately put out that she couldn't hear my message, and oddly accusatory about it and about our rug stain and kept repeating that they don't guarantee anything even though we never even asked about that. We actually barely got any words in. We were simply calling to inquire about their services and was ambushed with a whoopin'. She sounded irritated by the whole thing. We finally just said ok thanks and got off the phone just to end the nasty uncomfortable call. Hung up completely bewildered. Inexplicable. Perhaps it was just a bad day for her but too scared to consider them again.

The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! Highly recommend for any floor cleaning needs you may have!!

I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

They did all of my office for the fraction of the price other company's quoted me on. They explained all the different kinds of stains and tests they could do but what I liked the most is that they have years of experience and they knew what kind of chemicals and system needed to clean out the spots I had in my carpet that have been lingering for over 2 years. I can't wait for my carpets to get dirty again so I can call them back up. Both of them were through, professional and very helpful. It is more convenient to reach out to them rather than rolling up the area rugs and dropping off to a local service for cleaning. Messaging via SMS is probably the easiest way to contact and follow up on your appointment. I have been able to reduce my days waiting by simply checking in about any cancellations. This is a mobile service and they have been doing this a long time. Brian is very good with the service he provides. The carpet we had recently cleaned was soiled in a few places due to a sick dog. Plus, it was time to clean due to the dog having been sick a few others times and the carpet just smelly. After the carpet was cleaned, the room smelled wonderfully clean and remained that way for several days. That clean smell is powerful enough to kill any odors in the room that lingered before. That is what I appreciate because no other chemical can be used that isn't pet safe and finding the correct chemical to use is impossible. They use pet safe products and that is very important in a pet home. It is best to completely clear the room to get the best value for the cleaning. Clear before M&M comes in so he can do the job correct.
