I dropped 6 dress shirts off a week ago at the Bradford location. They were to be ready the following Tuesday. With the limited hours that they are open and with my work schedule, I stopped in today to pick up the shirts. 3 were done and the other 3 missing in action. I was told to stop back later in the day (before 3:00pm) to pick up the other 3. When I stopped back in only 1 was there. This place charges an outrageous price per shirt but I figured I'd support local business. No more with this place. At $3.16 per shirt? And now I was told to stop by Saturday and the remaining shirts "should" be there? These guys are fired. Worst experience ever with a Dry Cleaner. read more

I am a new customer of EZ Way Cleaners pick up and drop off service I am truly appreciative of their service they are extremely reliable, understanding, and very pleasant to talk to when requesting information about the services they provide. They work with the client to set up payment and have two days to offer pick and drop of which is really flexible and convenient. They have truly been a blessing for me because I have two children with disabilities one who is autistic and going to the laundromat is a situation that can be stressful I have to say they have helped me tremendously with their flexibility, and I truly appreciate their pleasant demeanor. I've used this place for dry cleaning, have not used the delivery service. They seem to do a fine job. I'm not sure I would leave my clothes here for tailoring because the store itself seems like such a mess--I've noticed this about a lot of dry cleaners. Ez Way = Hard Way Cleaners Why the low review? Because of repeated poor laundering/home delivery and pick-up (despite multiple calls and personal conversations with owner and managers) Listed reasons include: 1- delivery of other people's clothes to our home 2- lost items 3- not hanging shirts as requested (multiple times, despite repeated reminders) 4- forgetting to pick up 5- forgetting to drop off The reason for the 1 star is that despite the listed reasons. They do keep trying and have been reasonable with payment terms. The owner seems extremely sincere and polite when we do call and talk to them. But the problems keep repeating! It's very frustrating. We keep using them because they are the only cleaners around who can do home delivery/pick up. Otherwise, we would have left them long ago, alas. So there you have it! read more

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while, and the best from a dry cleaner. I needed dry cleaning for a suit expedited for a wake in an almost unrealistic time frame, but EZ-Way cleaners did it with a smile anyway. When it was ready, they were unable to reach me via phone call, so the owner went out of his way to text me to let me know my dry cleaning was ready, and they would be closing early due to a snow storm. I was able to pick up my suit just in time! EZ-Way Cleaners did a phenomenal job scrubbing the dreaded sweat from the collar of my dress shirt and even provided replacement buttons for my suit. They always do an excellent job, and the staff is great -- once, when we were stuck in rush hour traffic and knew we wouldn't make it before closing, the woman working the counter offered to stay until we could get there. Exceptional service and friendly staff at all branches of this business. They aim to please! The Bradford Square location also handles tux rentals! It is super convenient for my family and me to get there for fittings, pick up and drop off. Plenty of parking in the lot behind the store.
