They work with the client to set up payment and have two days to offer pick and drop of which is really flexible and convenient. They have truly been a blessing for me because I have two children with disabilities one who is autistic and going to the laundromat is a situation that can be stressful I have to say they have helped me tremendously with their flexibility, and I truly appreciate their pleasant demeanor. I will share their business and services on my Autism Awareness Parent page to promote their services. As a way of gratitude for their services to my family.

With the limited hours that they are open and with my work schedule, I stopped in today to pick up the shirts. 3 were done and the other 3 missing in action. I was told to stop back later in the day (before 3:00pm) to pick up the other 3. When I stopped back in only 1 was there. This place charges an outrageous price per shirt but I figured I'd support local business. No more with this place. At $3.16 per shirt? And now I was told to stop by Saturday and the remaining shirts "should" be there? These guys are fired. Worst experience ever with a Dry Cleaner.

The quality of the All-Green-cleaning is superb - I have brought in two old, mildewed family heirlooms and they came back in terrific shape. LOVE convenience, even at the expense of bad service at times. So close to my house. They've always been VERY nice to me when I bring up the collar issue, but it just happened AGAIN. Brand new shirt, laundered ONCE. Got it back and the collar looks far older than it should. Has that strange shine from being pressed with something TOO HOT. Showed the woman working there (again, very nice). She noticed as well, and confirmed it was pressed too hot. Said in the future they will do everything by hand instead of by machine. Think it's two or three extra dollars. I imagine there's gotta be another place that can do standard dry cleaning on this type of typical shirt, not have to pay extra, and not get back a shirt that automatically looks aged. Unfortunately now I have my favorite brand new shirt that looks older than it should. Like my other shirts I've brought there. Shame. ps. Awesome customer service tip would be to make up for the damage by offering some type of free cleaning, or better yet, reimburse for the shirt.

I cannot say enough for their professionalism, care and competence. The gentlemen who were sent to my home to inspect the damage were kind, careful and truthful about their concerns and my options. For example, I have some delicate curtains that hang in my diningroom and were finished by hand. Despite their warnings, I had no choice but to try have them cleaned. Sal's removed each ring by hand, carefully cleaned the curtains and re-sewed the rings. The curtains look gorgeous with no damage whatsoever. Everything has been returned in perfect condition, carefully wrapped and with no odor. As a side note, I'd had a very bad flood in my home some years back and had extensive mold damage. That was the first time I'd been introduced to Sal's. Their service was impeccable and I was very pleased to hear that they'd be sent out again for this job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I cannot speak to their prices as their bills have been sent to my insurance company.

A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible!
