Awesome food. Bruschetta was one of the best I've had. Same with creme brûlée. I had a pizza ( their version of a meat lovers pizza) . Wife had a chicken sandwich. Both entrees were top notch. Would definitely go back if it weren't so far from home. read more

Very....so so. Like every place in Moab, it's completely mobbed at dinner time, so we felt fortunate to grab 2 seats at the bar. Turned out NOT to be a good move. Bartender either couldn't hear me or couldn't understand me but either way messed up both the salad order and the drink order. Pizza was okay, good chewy crust but soggy in the middle. My bf and I ordered the mista (salad), steak, and shrimp fettuccine alfredo. The salad and steak dish was okay but I really loved the shrimp alfredo pasta. It was creamy and the pasta was al dente. Overall a nice meal after hiking Arches! read more

We decided to eat here because it had higher reviews than moab brewery which we loved. Service was ok except for the first round of appetizers were burned. The rest of the meal was mediocre at best and definitely overpriced. I can't recommend eating here. read more

Authentic pizza Neapolitan! As a pizzaiolo myself, I'm so tied of not being able to find decent pizza when traveling. Most places just make cheese bread pizza. Antica Forma uses San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce, 00 flour & cold fermentation for the dough, fresh mozzarella and cooks the pizza in a 800-900 degree real pizza oven achieving a char on the bottom and cornicione (outside edge) of the pizza crust). The result is high quality, authentic Neapolitan pizza. I'll be back every time I'm in Moab. read more

Individual pizzas were good size and big enough to share. Very good crispy crust and toppings were plentiful. Also had the mozzarella salad which was excellent and also big enough to share. Sangria also good. Highly recommend! read more

Wow! This place is great! Shout out to Joe for being an awesome server! The Antica Forma is an amazing stop for pizza, I think it'd be perfect for any occasion. They have a huge menu so it'd be pretty hard to not find something that sounds good. The garlic bread is really great! The Antica Forma pizza was almost mind-blowing. It had a LOT of flavor. Would definitely recommend if you want to try something you've never tried before (which is originally why I picked it). It's pretty safe to say I'd come back again! read more

I came to Moab for an adventure and this place was an experience to say the least. I give the food 3 stars but the service and just vibe is a 1-2... maybe it was the weird in between time of staff changing but they need to get their staff organized, it was a full on playground where everyone was literally standing around looking like deers caught in headlights. Nick, our server at least apologized for the chaos but the two women, one, who looked liked the manager was unprofessional and just looked like she was so confused by the actions of her restaurant... pick up a tray and help or clean up... anyway, we are leaving Moab with full belly's (thank you chefs) and just weird vibes! You guys have potential, but you need Robert Irvin from restaurant impossible to come help you figure out what to do with your decor, staff and overall vibe! read more

Food was good but service (as in everyplace we visited in Moab) was off. We selected Antica Forma because they have gluten-free pizza--even a full page of offerings on their menu--but the night we were there they were out. We were seated, got our drinks, and I barely had "gluten-free..." out of my mouth when our server said they were out because it had been such a busy weekend. There was little else on the menu that I could eat (and every gluten-free person will tell you they get really sick of salad being the only option on restaurant menus....) Our server thought that perhaps they might have some pasta available (not on the menu) and they did. It was okay but not at all what I wanted but it was better than being stuck with a salad. read more

We are from New Jersey and this Pizza was really good. The wait staff was really attentive and helpful. We got an appetizer of a salad wrapped in mozzarella cheese and an order of garlic bread and both were really tasty. We got a desert of fried dough drizzled in Nutella. The fried dough was fresh and warm. So good. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

Great pizzas. Fast service. Good beer. A bit pricey but everything in Moab is high. Nice atmosphere. We went back twice.

Ordered the Burrata appetizer and the Macellaio (Meat Lovers). Way more than one person can eat. I took home camp supplies. The Burrata is massive and the real deal!! Don't order it unless you like fresh Mozzarella and balsamic!! I do wish I had more basil tho. Will get some more at city market before I set up camp. Other than that it was very memorable.. The pizza crust was hit the spot "great"!! The service was attentive and to be quite honest if you feel "rushed" It a matter of attitude!! They did not push me but were there when I needed them! I am originally from NY and was here visiting the Arches and boy was I surprised by the authentic deliciousness. We had Clams with linguini, pizza and the meatballs. Deeeeefrigggginluscious! Marty was our waiter and topped our wonderful food with outstanding friendly service. I wish I could find a place like this in SC (where we live now). Did I say scrumptious? Prices are literally the highest I've seen across the US for pizza. They tried to charge me over $30 for what they consider a "personal" pizza. This is after going back and forth for several minutes with the host, who must be a little slow, just trying to order. She stared at us blankly a few times really not answering our questions while a huge line piled up behind us. The manager came over and explained the ridiculous price saying they charge $7 for prosciutto and $4 for tomatoes, it would be easier to say you don't customize your specialty pizzas than trying to charge that much. Get the host off the front of house or fire her, as she is absolutely terrible with people. read more

The pizza was good but I felt the price was too high for the what you got. For quality of pizza I would go back, but the price is going to prevent me from returning so that is why I get it 3 stars. My brother and I shared plates. I got the Ham Calzone and he got the Fettuccine Alfredo. The Fettuccine was better by far. The Calzone was soggy in a few spots but the parts that were cooked all the way through were good. Service was good and the price was not bad. read more

Delicious pizza, extremely nice and friendly staff. We ordered the burata appetizer, Capricciosa and pistachio pizzas. The burrata cheese is was good but the balsamic that came with the burrata was amazing. Both pizzas were delicious and very flavorful. The Pistachio pesto was innovative and just yummy. The pizza crust had good flavor, texture and just the right amount of chew. Overall great pizza place, if I ever get the chance to come to Moab again I would definitely stop by for more. read more

Pizza is all about the dough; perfect mix of crispy and soft at the same time. We will be back to try more of the menu. Located in the Main Street of Moab, Antica Forma was popular and well worth the wait and visit! La Superba was a unique delight of fried dough, carmelized onions and pancetta - sort of like a mini pizza that was hedonistically deep fried. Pistachio pesto is notoriously hard to find and I was delightfully surprised to see it as a pizza choice, which comes out of the large brick fire oven with the cheese sumptuously bubbling. Service was fast and efficient despite the busy floor, and our waiter was extremely attentive and service oriented. Eating at the bar was enjoyable, as you see and smell the myriad pizza choices pulled out of the nearby oven. This place definitely deserves its high rating. read more
