really decent coffee + breakfast sandwiches! I have no complaints. I will say it's a bit on the slower side with food but being as it's a dine in cafe rather than a drive thru it's sorta expected. I had an iced oat milk latte with honey & cinnamon and it was delicious. they have a honeypot latte that is honey, toasted marshmallow, and cinnamon but I wasn't so sure about the marshmallow flavoring haha! my husband tried their white chocolate blendie and added coffee since the blendies don't come with it. we both really enjoyed our drinks and our breakfast sandwiches! we will be back to try the açaí soon i'm sure read more

The service is always friendly and the coffee is flavorful and they offer options will satisfy anyone's coffee needs. They have baked sweets that will pair well with your coffee. Very disappointing.My husband and I came to this coffee shop and arrived at 3:40pm on a Sunday. The sign in the window said "open" and the store hours on the door said they are open until 4pm. It seems to me that somebody just wanted to close up shop early despite their posted hours. Either way, that's poor customer service and false advertising. Ebb + Flow is a cute little coffee shop with a great vibe. I was working on this side of town when I found Ebb and Flow. It's across the street from CVS and has lots of on street parking. I was super excited to give this place a try since I read so many great reviews online. They offered a ton of baked goods that looked amazing. Some ranged from keto to gluten free, I wish I had tried some while I was there. I ordered a white mocha iced latte and pumpkin spice latte to go. They use your regular run of the mill flavored syrups, which are okay but I wasn't super impressed. The white mocha was pretty decent but the pumpkin spice one was absolutely terrible. Other than the alright drinks, the interior is gorgeous. Even the bench seating had electrical outlets underneath so you can get work done. Hoping the drinks get an upgrade because it would be so much better since the rest of the coffee shop is perfect. read more

a really nice cafe that has the best pitaya and acai bowls in the area. i also recommend their egg sandwiches they have available but overall they have a solid menu to choose from to include pastries. 100% of the time i always get the honey mint green iced tea, a perfect drink that i cannot get enough of. this location has a drive thru and there are seating arrangements inside and out. the facility is clean and the outside area is dog friendly with water bowls laid out. the staff has always been friendly and prompt- i would recommend Ebb & Flow. read more

BEFORE CARONAVIRUS: I went into Ebb + Flow and ordered a drink and the young lady that took my order was very nice & welcoming. ( 5 STARS) The owner the tall one needs tips from her staff on how to smile and be pleasant to her customers. In Verrado the people are very nice and socially friendly. It's like a small town feel. Menu was great, establishment ambiance was cool, Staff were somewhat friendly. The smoothie I ordered was a bit too citrus-y for my liking--wayy too much orange juice was added. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his açaí bowl. There are more menu items that we'd like to try so we will be returning. read more

On the breakfast sandwich: I wish the eggs were fresh, it was like egg beaters; I wish the ham was a bit more robust, it was just sliced deli meat. But the croissant it came on was delicious! They put it in a toaster to warm it and the bottoms on all of the sandwiches were slightly burned. We had to send one back because it was inedible. The coffee was good, I had a caramel latte, and we tried the chai latte as well. The cinnamon rolls were also good, but not amazing. They needed more cinnamon and sugar in them. I have been a daily customer ($7.50 a day) and have decided I am officially DONE! They have lost my business. I have been patient enough through the transition of new ownership . The final straw was the dramatic price increase. The new owners have decided not to list prices on menu or website. That means you don't see prices until you pay! My $7.50 a day order now totals $16.72!!! Over a 50% increase in price Part of the magic about local owners is that they care about the community, not exploiting it. This proves that is not their intention. I will be walking into Starbucks until the new coffee shop across the street opens.
