Absolutely great service! I spoke to Herb, the owner a few times on the phone to set up an antenna for my TV's in my new home. I cut the cord several years ago, but was using 1 antenna in each room due to the restrictions in the apartment that I was in. I wanted just one, and Herb did that. I also live in the path of one of the many mountains, but still... no problem. Herb pulled up on time in that big, white truck. He was wearing a mask for Covid protection and very easy to talk to. He wanted to test my reception first and said I would have no problem so on we went. Herb, was here several hours and when he first called me outside to see the antenna, I really didn't want to go, thinking that I would see some huge monstonsity on my roof. When I did look, I was amazed. Pretty small, I think about 40" - not much bigger than some of the Dish antennas. He had to run some wires through walls, and even put in a new outlet for me. When he was done - the result was amazing! Well over 60 channels (and that doesn't even count the streaming channels)even with the mountains, and all free, well except for the antenna of course TV's were checked by Herb and showing me. Clear as day pictures even on an older TV using a converter. Herb has tons of experience, loves his job and was very professional. He even cleaned up inside and outside before leaving. When he gave me the bill, I was shocked... in a good way. I expected much more, but it was more than reasonable. We discussed this, how companies could keep more customers if they just charged a fair price and did things the right way. Antenna Medix is one of those companies. The whole thing will beat the cost of cable in less than a year. Great work, very professional and friendly, and at a very reasonable price. Cutting the cord... First off, Herb tried to work with our existing antenna acknowledging it would've worked just fine had the Papago Buttes not been directly in the line of signal fire. Even a better antenna was not meant to be in the attic. Instead, we had to go with an outdoor setup, but the mount was very professional and didn't require roof penetration! Fantastic service! Herb really knows antennas and his experience shows! After another company who claimed to install antennas made 3 attempts to get it right and still couldn't, it took Herb only one glance in our attic to know them issue and tell me what needed to be done. He had the needed equipment already on his truck, gave me the options, moved the antenna to our roof, replaced the splitter, and recommended a device to send OTA signal to the TV's without a coax outlet. He was efficient, done quickly, and was kind enough to wear a mask inside our home without even being requested. I tried a cheap antenna on my own, and only got a couple of channels working well. Herb installed a GE antenna in my attic, and now I'm getting all the local channels perfectly (including PBS from both Phoenix and Tucson). His bill was lower than the estimate he provided over the phone. Herb attached a clearly marked label to the coax cable coming from the antenna to the structured wiring box. If you are looking to install an antenna and cut the cord, your search for the right guy is over. Herb was came to my house this morning (on a Sunday) and truly impressed. I had an idea about what I wanted to do, and he was able to dial in a solution and make it happen. He went way beyond just mounting an antenna! He helped me re-wire some things to take advantage of my home's CAT5 network that was put in by the builder. We moved the location of my modem and wired up a new router. He even put a cut out in so that the wiring was run through the drywall and looked clean and professional. Herb offered to help trouble shoot any issues if they come up. I am installing a DVR tuner tomorrow since the shipping was delayed and did not make it in time. It was a true pleasure to have him over at our home. He is a genuinely nice guy who is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It is refreshing to have a service professional that respects our property and time. I contacted Antenna Medix because I thought I'd have some issues with reception. Herb was great... very informative, provided a couple of different quotes that were very reasonable, and I had every expectation that I'd have a great install! When I wound up getting 74 or so channels with a cheapie window antenna, and we opted to not leave DirecTV (it gets expensive, but the wife is used to the UI where streaming services can be a little frustrating) I did not go forward, but if I ever need an OTA antenna this is the first and last number I'll call! read more

Like all the other 5-star reviews for Antenna Medix, I can't say enough about how great the owner and installer is. Herb came out two days before Thanksgiving to install my antenna. He showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and had everything done within just a few hours. My place had no cable jacks installed yet and he offered to run the cables under the home and up the floor next to my two tvs. No holes in the exterior walls were needed and the wires are hidden and safe from the sun baking them all day. So a perfect install if you ask me. Don't bother calling anyone else. Herb will use the best antenna suited for your location, whether it's in central Phoenix or in the outlying areas. Mine was done in Apache Junction and I have no signal problems anymore. I was getting maybe 10 channels with an indoor antenna and poor quality at that. Now with Antenna Medix, I have about 90 crystal clear channels. About a month ago I called Antenna Medix and spoke with Herb. I had just gotten tired of paying the crazy high rates from Cox. Long story short, it was a great experience and the results were better than I expected. With the antenna I receive 96 channels and the reception is every bit as clear as it was with Cox. Herb with Antenna Medix was very professional. He called when he was on his way, and he stayed to make sure I was satisfied. And, his cost was very reasonable too. And, as an FYI, I also switched over to the $45 deal being offered by Century Link. Their deal offered better speed than Cox with no contract or installation fees.
