To make matters worse, the building is frequently overrun with homeless individuals, and the property management company does nothing to address it. Each unit is individually owned and each owner is responsible for their accessibility. If you can let me know your concern with the entrance to food basics, I can pass over to them and have their team look into. We have also had bylaw and accessibility compliance come to the building and check doors to ensure they meet the required accessibility code, which we have not been notified of any accessibility violations. And for customers going to businesses in the tower building we have an accessible door which also meets the requirements.
