Every employee we talk to has been very attentive and kind and quick to respond to any matter. Within a week of our dishwasher breaking, we had a new one installed and functional! They've very quick to respond, even if its just to say "Super busy right now, will get back to you shortly", at least we've been acknowledged but not ignored. As mentioned in pretty much all of the posts here, the repair team are always very kind and courteous and we've had great experiences with them as well! We'd definitely recommend them.

They have a lady who does some showings of the properties and she's really nice, mature and professional and the other "girl" who also does some showings is dressed like she works on a corner. She showed us an apartment wearing shorts so short I wondered why she even bothered putting them on. Coordinated with a skimpy tank top. I have never ever seen this type of service before! We waited forever at the property for her to show up! We talked to one of the tenants afterwards and they told us that two of the maintenance guys were really nice and did their job but also hated their job because the management doesn't know how to manage! LOL! Also, if you have ANY type of issue, big or small, don't expect the manager sending someone over right away. Wait between 2 weeks and never for maintenance. So we ran!!

I have recently walked with the landscaper, our garbage cleaner for garbage pick ups and bylaw and Bylaw has not issued any notices of violation for garbage on our property. So if you can be more specific with the areas you feel need attention I can have looked at, if not it will be actioned as our teams notice it. For the entrance are you talking about the food basics entrance? Those doors are automatic and open when someone arrives and leaves. We are not a mall, we are a condo corporation. Each unit is individually owned and each owner is responsible for their accessibility. If you can let me know your concern with the entrance to food basics, I can pass over to them and have their team look into. We have also had bylaw and accessibility compliance come to the building and check doors to ensure they meet the required accessibility code, which we have not been notified of any accessibility violations. And for customers going to businesses in the tower building we have an accessible door which also meets the requirements.     I'm a tenant, my condo is managed by Sentinel (altough the building itself is managed my Wilkar)…read more Did a lease transfer, they said they would book a moving slot (this has been discussed via email at least 2 weeks ahead of move in date.) Day before they email me saying there is no slot available and i will have to pay the building penalty ?!?!? (Had written confirmation from Sentinel that they would do it) They are SO poorly organized! when I moved in, the dishwasher was broken, which, in retrospect, I think they knew about already bc when I emailed them, they didnt even send a technician, they just ordered a new one. Had to follow up 3 times for said dishwasher... AC doesnt properly work either, gave up on this issue bc after emailing them and getting nowhere ("we called technician" - said technician never showed up) dealing with them is such a nightmare - you unnecessarily go through 3 people and apparently the person I'm emailing cannot hand out the contact of the "chargé de projet" for his privacy but now said chargé de projet is emailing me directly ????? I am now moving out of the building, I had to email them to enquire about keys/move out -- nothing would have come from their side. When I emailed them they seemed to remember that they should be doing an inspection "we wanted to do one next week...." This email thread to do a SIMPLE inspection involves 3 people on their team - why? Person who's supposed to come for the inspection didn't show for the time slot HE gave me. there's absolutely NO organizational skill, nothing gets done. Incompetence!!!! If you are a landlord do not hire them.
