I would highly recommend Anthony to family and friends as your realtor for your next big move. We just moved from Saskatchewan and the ordeal of buying a home in such a large and expensive market seemed daunting, but Anthony, through his extensive knowledge of Ottawa, the various neighborhoods, and the market, was a great help. He took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to drive us to see a variety of homes (quite a lot it seemed) and exercised a lot of patience as I looked at every "character" house in the city before settling on the beautiful home he helped us to purchase at the right price. We never felt that we were rushed or that this was solely a business transaction - but rather that he was there to help us find our dream home, in our chosen location, at a good price. It was the perfect balance between going to look at all the homes and making appointments and giving us free time to reflect on what we had seen, have a discussion in private, and then go back to him with an informed decision as to what our next steps would be. Thank you Anthony for everything and for your patience throughout this experience. And, I should add, I received a birthday card (in a very timely fashion) and a Starbucks gift card tucked inside. I thought that was a good marketing touch. Merci! M. & N. Spek. read more

We chose Anthony after speaking to several agents and are we ever glad we went with him. He helped us sell a home, rent out a condo and purchase the perfect home for us. He was very professional and patient and also provided us with great advice on staging and pricing and even offered some furniture to help stage our house. With his advice and marketing skills, our home sold in one day and his negotiating skills helped us get the best price. We could not have found the house we did without him. He showed us so many homes and had so much patience. He also had great insight into the properties we looked at. He is definitely a people person and was even able to show us a few homes that hadn't been listed yet just by talking to neighbours and people in the area. It was clear that he really wanted us to find the best house for us and he put a lot of effort into making that happen. Once we did find the one, he was a negotiating pro and made sure we got the best price. Anthony is highly motivated and a great agent to have working for you. We've already recommended him to several friends! read more

I had the pleasure of working with the Donnelly Team earlier this year for a new build. It's nice to know that there's young professionals out there that have such a passion for their career and care so much about the client. With the Donnelly Team, it's not just about making a sale, they m are sure it's about finding the right home for their client. A home that meets each and every single need. They know how to make you understand and feel comfortable through the whole process. Because of this, we decided resale wasn't for us and ended up in our new build! I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to anyone looking for an optimal buying experience. Thanks again to a great team! Dereck read more

A huge thanks to Anthony we were able to find our dream home in a short amount of time. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge about the home buying process. Before meeting with Anthony the process felt overwhelming. We had so many questions and Anthony was able to answer all of them and provided is with valuable information. Anthony helped us narrow down our search which was great. Anthony also demonstrated great negotiating skills to ensure we bought our home at a price we were happy with. I'd strongly recommend Anthony to anyone, but especially to first time home buyers as Anthony takes an educational approach and makes the home buying process seem easy. Thank you! Anthony handled the sale of my two houses in Ottawa -- our home and a rental property. To say he went above and beyond would be to understate the help he gave us. My partner is disabled and I was overwhelmed, and Anthony did everything he could to help, from start to end: from processing paperwork for the house we had already arranged to buy (400 miles away), through his hard work on the sales themselves (not an easy task, given our limitations), to finding a moving company for us once both houses in Ottawa were sold (when I had left it too late). Anthony's energy was boundless and his commitment never wavered. We recommend him wholeheartedly. read more

We had a really great experience working with Anthony to lease our house. Everything was easy from the beginning, and communication was always quick and straightforward. Anthony has been a friend for years, so it was nice being able to work with someone we already knew and trusted. He was on top of everything, moved things along quickly, and managed to get our house leased in such a short amount of time. The whole process felt very smooth, organized, and stress-free. Really happy with how everything worked out and would definitely recommend Anthony and the Donnelly Team! read more

Anthony was an amazing Realtor, he was patient, listened well and informative. He listened to my husband and I on our likes and dislikes at each of the houses we went too. He made himself available whenever we needed him, he worked around our schedules. When we found our perfect house (we looked at about 25+ houses), he helped us close the house on December 23rd. We have also messaged him after we moved in with questions and he answered us even though he was out of town. He is so nice and We will use him when we go to sell our house. Thanks Anthony! I just bought my second house with Anthony. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He listened to what we wanted in a home, he wasn't pushy I selling us any home on the market just to do done and move on to another client. He took us around in the dead of winter and we finally found the right house for us. Thanks to Anthony we got them to lower their price drastically. Het got us boxes and a home inspection. He was the for us every step of the way. My next purchase will be we him again when we purchase an inco e property in the near future. read more

Anthony and the Donnelly team are hands-down the best in town. We worked with Anthony for both residential property and again for our commercial portfolio.
