We had to get our own people in to check their work, which resulted in many building code violations. 2 of his sub contractors had to attempt to put a lean on our house because of Randy's inability to pay them. This man should not be allowed to conduct buisiness, he is a disgrace to buisiness owners and if his real estate dealings are anything like his contracting buisiness, you should stay far far away.
