Her communication was excellent; she kept me informed and answered all my questions promptly, even when she was away on vacation! She guided me through every steps, and even recommended people when requested. She sold my house within 6 days of it being on the market. Geneviève's negotiation skills ensured I got the best deal, and her genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! I have worked with both Gen and Chris in the past and they never disappoint.

We had an offer as our place was being listed. It was a bit on the low side, but our agent, Tim Findlay, successfully negotiated the offer up another $13,000+ and that made a bad offer an attractive one. When it comes to marketing a home, this company is light years beyond other real estate brokers. And definitely ask for Tim!

I never felt pressured to buy and in fact she'd sometimes suggest that there was something else out there for us that would meet more of our needs and wants. Maha went far above and beyond what is the normal role of a real estate agent and made us feel like family. She's always available by phone or email, quick to respond to any questions you have and follows up asap when she doesn't have the answer herself. I couldn't be more pleased with the house we purchased and the first-rate service we received as clients of Paul Rushford and Maha Shahbazian.

I'd highly recommend Ahmad both as a buying agent and as a listing agent…read more As a buying agent, he successfully out-negotiated other agents in the bidding war I had to go through to purchase my new house. He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. As a listing agent, he was supported by a top notch team. The photography team produced a top notch Matterport 3D model of my home as well as a beautiful video and fantastic photos. He also hooked me up with a stager, home inspector, stager, mortgage broker, mover and lawyer. The listing looked very professional and attracted the right buyer even though the market was cooling off when it was time to sell. When an offer came in for my house Ahmad successfully negotiated a higher offer at the upper end of market value. Ahmad has earned my trust.

However, Graeme hosted a great virtual open house (selling) at our home. For selling, my husband is the logistical owner of the home. However, Jenna always treated us as equals throughout the process. Her great attitude, professionalism, and prompt assistance throughout the process was greatly appreciated. As first-time home sellers, we certainly had a lot of questions, and her expert guidance was greatly appreciated. When we bought our new home together, Jenna was a great resource. It was a long time ago, but - if I recall correctly - we met once for our consultation. My husband and I made it clear that we'd be "picky" and wouldn't settle for much. Jenna recommended a builder to us that day. The following day, she brought the builder's pamphlets to our home and informed us that three lots suddenly became available. We decided to go check it out, just in case, and ended up reserving one of those lots that same day! Since taking ownership of the home we bought, Jenna and her team have done friendly check-ins to see how we're doing.

Thomas exceeded my expectations, and even made a point of reaching out to me after I'd settled into my new place to offer restaurant and coffee shop recommendations in the neighbourhood. Five stars.

He was remarkably prepared, professional, friendly, and helpful. And this was him knowing that we were very early in our search and probably wouldn't be making a purchase right away. Very impressed with him and will definitely be calling him to assist us when we get closer to knowing what makes the most sense for us.

Ray was amazing, without his help and guidance, this would have been a very stressful time for sure. He is so knowledgeable and if he didn't have the answer, well you can bet he knew where to find it! We've been in our home for five years now and, once or twice, we had to deal with things for which we weren't sure how to proceed and we contacted Ray hoping he could give us advice. We were not disappointed, even though we were no longer his clients, he took the time to answer. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
