As a buying agent, he successfully out-negotiated other agents in the bidding war I had to go through to purchase my new house. Ahmad was professional and quick to respond all my questions as a first time home buyer. I was working on an important exam in my career and he was understanding of my busy schedule. He had a lot of resources and was very analytical with locations + prices + size + layout of homes and recent sales and helping me with what to look out for in examining a home since most places these days will not allow inspections.
