The experience was so stressful, disappointing and depressing that at the end of the transaction, his company, Caldwell had to intervene. Ofcourse almost salesmen are people you never want to do business with, but this unprofessional person continued to bully me even after 5 years of my owning the property. I communicated with his broker again & they promised to take action against Kaveh. I'm not sure if they did, but a warning to anyone: try not to deal with this man. You'd regret working with him. He's a nightmare.
