He was remarkably prepared, professional, friendly, and helpful. And this was him knowing that we were very early in our search and probably wouldn't be making a purchase right away. Very impressed with him and will definitely be calling him to assist us when we get closer to knowing what makes the most sense for us.

From the get go, they were accommodating, professional, and they patiently answered our questions and provided information we did not even think about asking regarding what to check and look out for when buying a house for each house we visited. Amazingly, Anthony was able to secure a deal for the house we wanted on the second day it was posted online for sale. It was below the asking price as well! So thank you to Anthony, Tania, and the rest of your team for your hard work. They've earned our trust and we have not hesitated to recommend this team to our friends and co-workers who are interested in buying/selling properties.

Thomas saved me so much time and effort (not to mention stress and headache) by giving me a one-stop shop for listings and viewings. He was always available when I needed to get in touch with him. Thomas exceeded my expectations, and even made a point of reaching out to me after I'd settled into my new place to offer restaurant and coffee shop recommendations in the neighbourhood. Five stars.

He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. As a listing agent, he was supported by a top notch team. The photography team produced a top notch Matterport 3D model of my home as well as a beautiful video and fantastic photos. He also hooked me up with a stager, home inspector, stager, mortgage broker, mover and lawyer. The listing looked very professional and attracted the right buyer even though the market was cooling off when it was time to sell. When an offer came in for my house Ahmad successfully negotiated a higher offer at the upper end of market value. Ahmad has earned my trust.

I worked with multiple realtors in the past, and in these previous experiences, I found it a frustrating experience. It was different with Michael; I felt we truly received a full-service treatment. I should add that when searching for a realtor (just like I would for any other service) I'm always looking for someone who understands our personal needs and wants. We're in a same-sex marriage (which unfortunately can still present challenges with some people) and we found Michael to be an ally for us from beginning to end. Michael helped us sell our second home, a detached 30 year old house on St. Louis in Orleans. We spent five years in this home, and completely renovated the interior - redoing floors, updating the kitchen and bathrooms. When we were looking to sell, and Michael gave us some of the best advice to prepare us to list. This included great tips on final touches to appeal to most people out on the market looking for homes in our area. Michael brought in many visitors and held multiple open houses and our house quickly gathered interest. When we started getting offers, Michael guided us through the negotiating process and we signed a deal with terms we were very happy with! In our past experience, the offer stage and the negotiations led to bad experiences with other realtors. We didn't always feel like our best interests were protected, and that a realtor really just wanted to close the deal and get their commission. Not with Michael. He checked in on us to see how progress was going with our packing and even brought us moving blankets to help protect our furniture during the moving process. Needless to say, the service we received with Michael was above our expectations, and comes with our full recommendation. He will fight for your best interests!
